Should be noted in the installers guides
We bought the new Bosch Dryer to replace our old one. Unfortunately, Bosch didn't show that it included this Dryer adapter cord so that it could be used to hook up older models with a different plug. We actually went back to PC Richards to find a suitable model, but our salesman was saavy to the problem and got the delivery guys to find this cord and return to install.
My big issue is that this cord adapter will push the units out further than when they just plugged in directly. We bought theses machines for their compactness. After 20+ years, most companies have made them deeper than the 24 inches they once were. So, if you, like me, had the cabinetry based on a smaller size, these new machines will be an issue to contend with.

I am pleased with my recent purchase from P C Richards, then it wasn't the first time we have done business together.

Ridiculous
Ok product —— but, how in heaven can you sell a product without a power cord? ABSURD that it’s an optional extra !
