Replacing the dryer? Replace the vent.
Useful replacement vent to replace used one when replacing the washer dryer. I always do them at the same time.

Required vent for dryer installation
We have the recommended vent installed. All gas dryers must be vented. The installers did it and it works fine. Haven’t had a problem.

Whirlpool lets me vent.
It’s a vent kit, so far it’s venting. It eventually vents all the wetness out of the laundry making laundry day a pleasant event.

Stainless steel dryer vent kit is a good choice
Stainless steel is safest for dryers. Either a rigid stainless steel vent or accordian type stainless steel vent is best. This one is a good choice.
