Light & Easy too to use
The battery was easy to attach to the snow blowerl. The battery was long lasting. And yes you must use with the wind at your back. Otherwise the snow will blow back in your face. It removes snow really easy and fast. Just like using your vacuum cleaner. Make share the area your removing snow from is free from twigs ....nails.....and things that may get stuck in the grids. like I said it works like a vacuum cleaner. It,s a great snow remover, I had fun using it....

amazing little shovel !
this shovel has amazing power for an electric shovel I was very impressed. I do find it a little heavy but you know what it beats going to the gym. Saves a lot of shoveling. If you use it on the ground and just push it you don't even feel the weight, but if you use it with heavy snowfalls where you have to start at the top and work your way down it's a little heavy, Trick is to go out and clean when you have 5 to 6" on the ground this way you won't need to lift it.

Perfect for KY snowfalls
With inconsistent snowfall totals in central KY this product is perfect. We may have 10 inch snowfall every 10 years or so, and this snow shovel can accommodate. Generally we have 2-4 inch snowfall levels that this product "blows" through.

Great for New England Winter
This worked great for a recent storm. The snow was actually heavy due to a bit of rain that occurred in between the storm but the shovel took it all. I was able to clear my front sidewalk, driveway and backyard path, while my neighbors could only do their sidewalk and front stairs.

Life saver
If you ever worry about lifting a shovel full of snow, this is th e little machine for you. It is fantastic, and easy to use. I am a small woman and had no trouble moving it around.

Even better than I thought
Did a great job with wet heavy snow. Didn’t get clogged up like snowblower did. As long as you know it is small sections you do at a time, it performs great.

Times doesn't change!
I bought a Snow Joe 15 years ago, only thing I replaced was a new Belt. In 2016 my
sister (76 yrs. old) was having trouble removing snow from her short driveway. I gave her my old Snow Joe and she uses it every winter. She loves it. and its still going STRONG. I haven't use the new 323E Snow Joe yet, but I will. Today Oct. 19, 2018 it is starting to "SNOW!" Buy the way my best friend saw my New Snow Joe ans was impressed. "I bought him one as a gift!"

Snow Joe Electric Snow Shovel
My brother bought a Snow shovel and it worked so great that I bought one. To me the Snow Joe Electric Snow shovel worked better than my snowblower. Snow Joe has a great product and now I'm looking to buy there Electric Snowblower. I thought Electric products were no good, but the Snow Joe proved me wrong. I love this machine.

Great Electric Shovel
This product works great and throws the snow far. It takes a little practice to get it thrown in the right direction but once you have it then it works great. I am very happy with this purchase.

Fantastic!!
I was unable to use the product because I have too much gravel. I gave the "shovel" to my Senior Center and they LOVE it! No more "throwing" snow when shoveling...just guide the shovel along the walk and porch and it does the work!

Very Satisfied
I live in Newfoundland, Canada and my wife gave me this as a Christmas gift to use to shovel off our back deck and walkway. Here in Newfoundland, we get a lot of snow and I can say...as a senior, this makes my shoveling of the deck and walkway much easier...and fun. Very satisfied.

Expanded my abilities!

Worked great
We had 4 1/2” of wet snow yesterday and it worked great it was the first snow after we got it.
We have about 75 feet up hill to the rood and l’m 80 years old ang got it done in 1 1/2 hr.

Takes a couple of uses to get used to handling extension cord! Snow must be 6” or less, so as not to struggle! Exactly the reason for purchase and it works!

Great Purchase
Just used this for the first time and it worked great. The only problem I ha was where the plows had pushed the snow against the driveway. I had to push slowly as this snow was slightly packed.

Very easy to use
I had never used any type of snowblower.
