Had two earlier cases....ultimately, major failures. One was a "pop in" style that turned into a "fall out". Second secured with elastic: covered the on/off control (pain in the .....!), which eventually all stretched out and I had to staple down the excess!
My husband has this one and I liked it....best design yet! Now I have mine...all great at every level!

Awesome Purchase!
I can honestly say this is one of the BEST purchases I have ever made (and at my age I’ve made a lot)! It is extremely durable and so comfortable while holding my iPad 10.5” and I couldn’t be happier with it! I use my iPad all day and night and carry it everywhere I go so having a safe protective cover for this expensive item is essential. I recommend it to everyone I know who owns an iPad.

Solo Velocity Protective iPad Cover
The cover fits well and permits picture taking w/o removing the whole cover as was done in the past. Having a slit in the inside of the cover would work well to carry a few important papers

I bought one 4 years
I bought one 4 years ago, the quality since then has changed from really good to adequate. The cover is not as thick, the corner brackets are rough, and the felt liner is much thinner and came with spots where the brackets have worn thin spots.

sturdy but bulky
My 8.5" tablet is well secured in the case. It is bulkier than I like so I don't use except when going out of the house. I am looking for another case

Good Protection but Bulky
The case is solid and my Huawei Mediapad fits securely in it. It is much thicker than I expected. which means I need a bigger bag to carry it along with my other stuff when on the move. When using the case to view the screen at an angle, the strap will curl over the top of the screen screen, which is kind of irritating. On balance, it is okay but could use some improved design.
