I also use it as an outside speaker when entertaining or an extra surround sound speaker for watching movies with the family. Very expensive but can be used in many different ways.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Patrick G. from Sonos Move 2 I own several versions of the UAE line of speakers(except for the Epicboom) and have always been impressed with the quality of sound that come out of them and the battery life. Well, except for the fact that if you don't use them after a while, they still get drained from them never completely shutting off. That's one difference the MOVE 2 has, you can control the behavior of the product when shutting it off. If you want to leave it in standby mode, just tap the power button. To completely shut it off, hold the power button down for 5 seconds and when you release it, you'll hear an audible sound that indicates the system is completely shut down. Sweet! Ok, so the company states that the battery life is good for 24 hours and I would have to say that's not something that I could replicate. After using it sporadically over the week, I would estimate closer to 12 -14 hours, but that could be I might have not shut it down properly a couple of times to keep the battery from draining. It does have what I would consider a fairly quick charging time of about 2 hours to full capacity, considering the size of it. The really cool feature is that it has wi-fi capability AND bluetooth. I bought the pair and using the Sonos App, you can pair the both of them together to get stereo. But if I only want to use one, then I pair it with the bluetooth with my phone to listen to favorite jams when I'm relaxing in the backyard after a long day of work. Well, I thought I would leave the best for last and say by far... THE SOUND COMING OUT OF THESE IS AMAZING!!! Is the price worthy of the features and sound quality? For my discernable ears, I would say YES! This is a High Quality product and it will probably be one of the last of this type of speaker that I will need to buy.
