For the cost of this TV I was greatly satisfied
I originally purchased this TV because it has direct LED light which means the LEDs are directly behind the screen instead of being directionally shown from the bottom up which honestly sold me on the TV's technology.. there are a multitude of options that if you wish you can engage and experiment with. I find that the Dolby vision and the Dolby Atmos are too key elements that allow you to be immersed into what you are viewing. I have the 55-in model and a bedroom with a higher-end polk audio sound bar and from old movies to new movies with Dolby vision and Dolby Atmos every viewing experience is quite impressive. The 240 hz adaptive refresh technology is quite renowned when experiencing football games or high action films it flawlessly engages and disengages on the fly never while never noticing it. In closing once all the movie applications like Hulu and peacock and Netflix catch up with technology and All utilize true Dolby vision and true Dolby Atmos I believe it will change the industry but for now there are a lot of apps that are having problems and that is unfortunate for them.

Love my new Sony
My first 4K TV I purchaced at the Sony Store in Houston in 2014. It was a 65" Bravia and it has served me where these last 10 years. It is still going strong, but I wanted a little bigger set for my living room and full support for HDR which the older Sony Bravia did not have.
I stuck with Sony and now have this Bravia 85" and it is all I expected it to be from Sony. Smooth integration, quick commands, and Sony qaulity I have come to expect. The remote could do with with a couple of more options as this TV came with a smaller format. Brightness and clarity are great. Beautiful picture. Sound is much better than the older Bravia I had.

Best image quality
The tvs image quality is awesome! Movies are clear and crisp and the colors are vivid with blacks that are black and no haze.

Sony's support is comforting too. If you ever need it! ( I needed it for an obsolete TV model and Sony still found a way to reiterate the good decision the brand is!

Absolutley LOVE THIS TV
I got a great deal on this TV. I never owned a 4k TV this is my first and WOW! I had no idea how much I was missing the colors are so vivid, crisp and clear. I can not speak on the internal speakers since I have a Polk Audio MagniFi Max AX Dolby Atmos Soundbar System. I love the fact that I can control the TV via Alexa!

Yay! We've got another Sony!
We purchased this unit based on experience with a livingroom Sony we bought a couple years ago. This new one replaced an old Sony tube unit in our den that went belly up after 17yrs. Only concern is that directions for use w/cable systems is poor.

Love This SONY TV!

I Love Sony TV’s
I love this tv. We got an earlier and larger model about 2 years ago. ATT in our building doesn’t give Ultra HD but the tv is built to view it. Hopefully in our next home we will be able to enjoy it.

This TV is excellent with 4 HDMIs and plenty of quality features in a premium TV. Picture quality is very strong and after watching James Bond's 'No time to die' multiple times since last March on my old 2000 Sony 36" Trinitron CRT TV I watched it on the new Sony 55" flat screen with colors and clarity so vibrant that it was like seeing this movie for the first time.
