Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality sound I expected from Sony I bought a pair of Sony WI-C310’s online about 6 weeks ago and I only checked them out to make sure they worked. I charged them up and let them sit idle for 6 weeks and they still have a full charge. I just put them on today and realized these headphones are top of the line. I’m quick to let complaints be known but these have the right amount of bass and the sound is crystal clear. I was using Sony WI-C400 because I have 3 pair. The 400’s don’t compare. I’ll probably get 2 or 3 more 310’s soon. I’ll at least get 2 more. Never know when I’ll lose or break a pair and my money’s low. I have to have my music everyday. Personally is the best in electronics. If you earn your money, don’t cheat yourself, Sony yourself. One day I’ll have a 75” Sony Smart TV. Keep it up, Sony

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional value Bought the WI-C310smreplace a set of Dr. Dreys I bought at an Apple Genius bar. The Dreys were about the crappiest ear buds I’ve owned. The 310s however, are among the best I’ve ever owned. Besides the features listed here, the rascals even tell me how much battery life I have remaining. At less than half the price of the Dreys, I consider the decision to buy the 310s a no-brainer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for a great value. Sadly, I need bluetooth headphones to do my job. I have purchased pretty much every offering out there. Jabra, Plantronics, Beats, Jaybird, Anker, cheap Amazonian... The list goes on & on .. Since LG made their neckbands- I have been searching for a pair of headphones that stand up to sweat, sawdust, and whatever else I'm working in. The two downsides: I can hear myself in the mic during calls (firmware update might solve this but it isn't terrible) The length is a bit long and they are cumbersome to keep on your neck when not in ear. I solved this with a clip from an old set. They're inexpensive, sound is nice, and the battery life is amazing. They're durable. Not sure what people expect but there isn't anything better per dollar out ther in my experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like it! Bought it a month ago. Excellent battery life, it lasts me for 2 weeks(20-60 min per day)!!! Really easy to use, works good, sound quality is good. Actually I was looking for a noise canceling wireless earphones. I had nc-31 for 3 years. It still works perfectly. But I changed my phone and can not connect them now. This ones do not have such feature but still a good value for money. And much less in size than noise canceling earphones.

Honestly, I was very impressed with the sound quality and specially the bass these tiny buds produce. In my experience I like hearing myself when I talk because it helps me control the volume. I use them at work connected to my iPhone and paired to my PC at the same time (awesome!). All my co-workers use regular headphones with no sound feedback and they all talk extremely loud because they don’t hear themselves. The only thing I have encountered is that every time I chat using WhatsApp on iPhone while paired to the headphones, the Volume symbol appears, and it turns it up automatically. Seems a random problem because not always shows up while chatting. No big deal. I just lower the volume once I finish using the app. Could that be fix via firmware update? Very good Bluetooth headphones also considering the price! Thanks.

It has a kind of background sound as if in the old radios shhh. I can't listen much with that sound interference, and most probably it can cause health issues. Maybe just these pairs are damaged

They are clear sounding, the cord is long and the earbuds aren't too big. The only thing I don't like is they aren't compatible with Siri. I was going to buy Beats but I am glad I got the Sony WI-C310 instead!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good sound quality, poor design. Bought these for the gym, they paid very easily and holds a charge for so long. I can use them for probably a whole week of lifting, total probably like 5-6 hours and still have some charge left. What I’m getting annoyed with is that while I’m working out they either fall out of my ears or if I turn my head or raise my arm, the black pieces that hang around the front of your neck will slip/drop behind my shoulder and pull out of my ear mid set. It’s annoying. Will probably order a different style next time but if you’re using them while working. Or sitting still, they would be perfect.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Battery Life I received a pair of the WI-C310B after the last two sets of my WI-C300 series headphones failed; lost sound in one earpiece. I was expecting these to be a small upgrade, but I honestly miss the WI-300 series (when they were working); due to the better battery life. Even at fully charged, the WI-C310 series only holds a standby charge of 36 hours. I followed the required steps for charging, but to no avail. I'm luck to get one full work day (8 hours) out of one charge. I would not buy again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Amazing and Awful When they worked they were amazing. I was so happy with the sound quality for the price. Unfortunately I had 2 sets that didn’t make it a whole day. The first ones I bought the charger didn’t work so I exchanged them. The new pair charged perfectly. I wore them for a few hours while I sat and relaxed to some music. Then made dinner. Took one side out so I could hear music and my surroundings. Only later that night no sound was coming out of right side. I checked my phones control settings. Restarted them and my phone, charged them and still nothing. Looked up troubleshooting online nothing worked. I was not aggressive with them at all. My 30 day return is already up so I am stuck. In the past I have tried other headphones and always return to Sony because they have great quality, great prices and have never failed me till now. I hope it’s just this particular series that is defective. I really prefer Sony but if I get another series and have the same problems I will to look for another brand.
