Back to Cooking in the Kitchen
Finally, my installation is complete after an April purchase!! Well worth the wait. Contractor had no challenges with the install. The design is sleek and beautiful, the function is a noticeable improvement and it looks beautiful with the hood range and drawer microwave. My only wish is that the middle section of the stove could be used as a warmer, however, I am very happy with my package that encourages me to spend more time in my kitchen trying new recipes. Thank you Range Hood Store.

Wine frig
This is the second Summit wine refrigerator I bought. Disappointed that the compressor on this one makes a loud crack noise when it turnings off. But looks great and keeps wine at perfect temperature

Operates just fine
Chiller operates just fine. It came with a cheezy rubberized Summit logo sticker on the front door which is not shown in any of the product adds. I chose this because I wanted a clean look. Also, it does not accommodate larger bottles.

Noisy!
I am giving it 3 stars because it looks nice, has a lock on the door (which, with a young child, is a big plus as he loves to open doors,) and keeps the wine at consistent temps in both zones....however it is SO loud! The fan runs about 80% of the time, day and night, and is like a swarm of buzzing bees constantly buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.... I have an open floorpan, so I hear it almost 24/7 and it's extremely, extremely annoying. Since purchasing it, I have found other reviews online stating the same, and that most have had to have theirs replaced after a little over a year (post warranty expiration) due to the fan and compressor ceasing to work properly. I hope that does not happen. Had I known all of this in advance I would have likely gone with something else.

Broke as soon as warranty up....
This lasted approx 5 yrs - about a week after warranty over. Prior to that we had issues w/condensation & have it undercounter, with holes cut in back of island for ventilation as well, and still told that for what it cost to repair, better to buy new one.
