The continuous grate system provides an uninterrupted flow from one side of your cooktop to the other, and this allows you to easily slide heavier pots and pans across the cooktop. The enamel surfaces on these grates are also durable and easy to clean. Some models also come with sealed burners. With these burners, the heating elements are sealed underneath a cover. Generally, sealed burners are considered to be safer than open burners. Since sealed burners are covered, they're also easier to clean, so they might save you time in the kitchen. Broilers are also available on many models. On most models, they're located in a drop-down compartment near the bottom of the oven. To allow you to get started right away, your broiler will come with a two-piece broiler pan and a lid.
