The continuous grate system provides an uninterrupted flow from one side of your cooktop to the other, and this allows you to easily slide heavier pots and pans across the cooktop. The enamel surfaces on these grates are also durable and easy to clean. Some models also come with sealed burners. With these burners, the heating elements are sealed underneath a cover.
