GREAT trimmer
This is so easy to use, and it is many times better than the more expensive one that I used to have. My trimmer gets lots of use because I literally have almost 200 feet of edging I need to do every couple weeks. I am now a Sunjoe fan!

Excellent tool!!
I’m paralyzed from the chest down and needed something lightweight and easy to handle from my wheelchair. Worked GREAT!!!! Trimmed around my sprinklers and the hedges with ease. Used it for about 45 minutes and it was working like I had just taken it off the charger. Great price and great product!! Thank you Sun ☀️ Joe for a great product. I’d love to buy your cordless electric reel mower if I could still walk and didn’t have a gardener. Only electric reel mower I’ve seen. Keep up the good work.

You pretty much said it all seems to go and go has went through Heavy grass and there wasn’t no String to get tangled up We have already bought a second oneString

Wife really likes it
I was looking for something small and easily used for my gardener wife. She has a lot of flower beds with several grasses and bushes that need trimming in the spring and has been trimming them with a pair of shears. I had read several good reviews for the this trimmer. Short story she finished her spring clean-up in quick fashion and loves the Sun Joe Shear and Hedger. It seems to be well built. She said it was light weight and nimble for her to handle easily, and she is pretty small herself. I would recommend this product to anyone needing a small trimmer.

Love it!!!
Bought this for my elder mom. She used B&D trimmers in the past. She prefers this one. It's lighter and easier to use. I had trouble figuring out how to change the blades, but my Mom was able to get the blade changing process down after she watched me. Now she changes them like a pro! We're waiting to see how many seasons it lasts compared to the B&D. They are also cheaper than the B&D at the big box stores.

Handy little trimmer
This trimmer is great for small trimming jobs with small bushes, lantana, etc. It is fast and effective, lasts a long time and charges up within an hour.

Great Trimmer
So easy to use. One hand operation. Works great edging the lawn. The bush trimmer blade works fine, but if the motor worked faster, blades faster, it would trim much better.

Very Handy Tool
Bought the grass shearer for removing deadheads from flowers. Absolutely wonderful. Fast removal compared to sissors or clippers and just as clean.

Lived up to it's hype
This product truly does cut through small brush and grasses. Very light weight, charge lasts an hour or more. Very easy to use for 69 year old woman. Excellent, highly recommend.

1st season's use - a joy; 2nd season -unproductive
The Sun Joe HJ604C (green) was a backsaver last growing season when I purchased it. It cut through grasses easily. The reason for purchasing was due to back problems that would be inflamed by constant bending and squatting as would happen with a regular manual shear. I was eager to get a head start this spring, only to realize that the blades were so dull that they were chewing into and not cutting the grasses. I sought to find replacement blades only to learn they are out of stock; I do not know what other manufacturers' generic blades are compatible. The grasses around my flowers are growing very high...

Handy product, poor battery
Found the trimmer excellent for deadheading flowers. Fairly poor for cutting fine grass. Initially very handy to grab and go to trim back flowers and light bushes. Lasted only one year and the battery will not hold a charge longer than two days. Need to charge just before going out to work. No longer handy.

works great but UN-REPLACEABLE battery!
Works very well. A bit of a challenge to change from the grass trimmer head to the hedge trimmer head. Not as easy as it looks.
Very disappointed in the fact that it wasn't made more clear that it had an UN-RE-PLACE-ABLE battery!!! So when battery can no longer charge (and heat/cold shorten the battery's life so don't store in the garage!) you have to throw it away and purchase another one. Expensive disposable item!!!!!

worked great for 2.5 years
worked like a charm until recently; fails to hold a charge for more than 15 minutes of light cutting. Given the reviews, would have hoped it should have lasted longer
