Great buy
I needed extra batteries for my snowjoe snow blower, after a extensive online search I found these 5ah 24v batteries at PC Richard's &sons, they were less expensive then the 4ah and 5ah batteries that everyone else was selling. So far they work great!

Good battery life
I purchased this extra longer life battery to have as a backup to the battery that came with my cordless pole chain saw. I used it for a couple hours trimming up some Juniper trees. If you know anything about Juniper, they are a very hard wood. The saw and battery worked out great. I'll use this battery pack as my primary and the smaller one as the backup in case I run out of juice.

It Made a Big Difference
This battery is great. It provides up to 30 minutes of run time in the Snow Joe Power shovel, which works in any kind of winter weather.

strong battery!
Works very well with the 11-inch electric shovel! However, I need to find a proper charger, because the little one included with the 2Ah battery set needs 10 hours to charge this one from empty.

Provides good power, good battery life
Ordered a second Battery, glad I did. I was able to move quite a bit of snow, having 2. Impressed with the battery life. However, high amp batteries are a tad bit Pricey, and no incentive/discount. Curious, if price might inhibit others from additional battery purchases?

Battery doesn't last.
Product worked fine for first winter. Battery was weak then is worthless within 2 years of purchase. I've charged the battery a couple of times each off season trying to make the battery last longer. Now a new battery will cost almost as much as the original purchase price, except they don't even have them in stock. What a disappointment.

Batteries didn't last a full snow season in Colorado. I had them last for 15 minutes on my snow blower the first time around and then they wouldn't recharge. I don't recommend Snow Joe products. I will keep my Toro gas one and ditch the Snow Joe electric.

They didnot refund my moneys , this so disappointi
Beware, SJ refused to pay my refund after several calls and uncountable emails/messages. They ignored my concern . This so frustrating and should not be happening.

Poor product
This battery is poor quality runs my blower about 20 minutes then takes 2-3 hours to recharge,
Save your money. Would have given zero stars is I was offered that choice.

junk battery
Not real impressed with this battery or this company. I got 3 uses out of the battery that came with the shovel before it failed. I filed a warranty claim on it 12/20/22 and still haven't received a replacement battery as of this date 3/5/23.

So disappointed!
I borrowed a Snow Joe shovel from a friend and loved it, so I ordered one for myself. I was so disappointed when I was going to use it and the battery would not charge! Charger and/or battery are defective.
