I took great care of this and didn't abuse. There are no replacement parts available and troubleshooting was useless. They offered me nothing but a longer warranty if I bought another one. Not much incentive or comfort.

Rated 1 out of 5 by jay parks from Lawn Mower Design Defect I want to tell you about the manufacturer's defect of their lawn mowers. It only shows up after 1 year of use. I bought a cordless rechargable mower several years ago. It failed to start after 1 year of use. Sunjoe did honor the warranty and sent a 2nd unit. It also has failed after 1 year of use. They both fail in the same way. The cable attached to the handle loses it's tautness. It will not start when it goes slack. It's useless. Now Sunjoe will not help with this. They are not interested in hearing about the design defect.
