I bought a sunjoe steamer to remove 2 layers of wallpaper in the instruction booklet it says to leave it on for 15 to 20 seconds, but I found out that with 2 layers it works better when I leave it on for 30 seconds

Wow! This works!!
I bought this and I was a bit skeptical about how good it would be. Not only was it easy to use, it worked so much better than I expected for the job I wanted to use it on. The instructions were easy to follow and it did a fantastic job cleaning the terrazzo tile, grout, and as well as the fiberglass pan of my much neglected shower stall!

A really great product!
Simple to use, very effective cleaning, very happy so far. I think the small brush - (outstanding for grout cleaning), will wear out fairly quickly - which is fine, but perhaps another should be included. I plan to order at least one to have as a spare.

Another Sun Joe Product I own that is EXCELLENT
I hadn't heard Sun Joe until a couple of years ago and started with their rototiller that I have put through the toughest of challenges and it does not disappoint. Now the steamer is just as surprisingly simple, effect, and amazing. Sun Joe is now my 1st stop shop for tools of any kind before I check out the other name brand manufacturers. The quality of Sun Joe is nothing short of fantastic and love the simplicity in design and use !!! GREAT JOB !!!!

Superior
This Steamer is an absolute workhorse for the home. The first task I had was to clean the concrete grout in our kitchen that was installed in 2006 and it removed the discoloration and it now look likes the floor was just installed. Extremly happy that we purchased this Unit, and we are very happy with the Customer Service, I own two other plug in machines that really work as they are intended to!

great little stem cleaner
the 35 second rapid heating is a plus and cuts the fat from the work load.
chemical free cleaning is another bonus in any environment that you live
in for an extended period of your life IE: your home.

It cleans as good as most other steam.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't hold as much water as I say and it's not as easy to operate as they say butter but it does work good.

a lot of steam.....
my expectations that this steamer would work like a power washer was incorrect - I bought this with the idea it would work that way but found out it does not remove grime like a power washer. Good steam from the unit but I realize I will have limited use for this machine -- maybe good for sanitizing a surface task, but for deep cleaning, I don't this so !

Hard to find replacement products. With shipping and handle it cost a lot to replace parts and it is not sold in stores.

The green light flashed for a few seconds and then the red light came on indicating low water even though it was filled up.
I reported it and got a response indicating that it was covered under the warranty on February 2nd. Then nothing.
