Excellent TCL QM7K QLED 55 Smart TV
I am so glad that I researched this product online and took my time before purchasing this TV at PC Richard. It is one of the best TVs so far besides the Samsung TVs I've purchased from them over 10 yrs ago. Colors are vibrant, sound is great and the usual navigation when acquiring a new TV is much simpler than what I expected. Hands down i give this purchase 5 stars over and over again. Definitely would recommend this product and for the value of this TV it was definitely worth the purchase. The staff at PC Richards at Bay ridge Bklyn office are great and always available to resolve any issue that rarely arise and truly stand behind their word.

Amazing tv.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got it set up and going and played some ps5 pro games and watched a movie. I have to say the brightness is amazing the refresh rate is breathtaking and the price was great. When I picked it up, I looked at the display model which was right next to some oled and I have to say for the price this television kicks some butt.

Fantastic

Great Value!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's only been a few days since my purchase of a 55" QM7K TV but I am extremely satisfied with this TV. Picture brightness and contrast are excellent. Off axis viewing is as good or better than any LED TV I have owned prior. Was a breeze to set up, needed only 15 min. to tweek the picture settings to my liking.
Can not comment on the apps or steaming content as I am currently only using it as a basic TV through an HD cable box. No comment on the TV audio either as I am using an external surround system. For the price, I would say this should be considered a best buy.

Outstanding Picture and Sound!

Alexa can turn the TV Off…But not On
I love the Picture and the easy remote.
But with all the technology. You say it is compatible with Alexa. But when I connected Alexa and told her to turn the TV off, she did and I told Alexis to turn the TV on. She did not. I asked Alexa what the Problem was she actually giggled and said that the manufacturer set up for me (Alexa to turn it off but did not set up for the TV to understand the command to turn it off, not programmed into the Google.
So Al appe can can turn the TV off. But the TV is not programmed to understand to Turn the TV on.
That is Funny.
Maybe TCL can update a program to make it possible for Alexa to be able to turn it Off.
If So please let me know that that update is coming. Whe

Very good picture, but there are other issues.
Has a very good picture but audio is a problem on my setup. The TV will not recognize the Dolby 5.1 digital audio from my cable tuner. It will not pass the tuner audio to my sound system via ARC. My prior 2018 Sony TV had no problem doing this. Had to downgrade the rating because of this. The TV will pass 5.1 digital audio from a Firestick and from antenna channels. I find the ATSC 1.0 tuner has mediocre reception. The tuner has a hard time locking a clear channel, even with a signal amplifier. The TV cannot measure the incoming signal strength. The TV doesn't have one button audio only screen blanking, must use a menu. It doesn't have one button zoom ability, must use a menu. I feel the OSD graphic volume display to be intrusive and annoying. The remote is smallish and bare bones. The mute button is in a poor location. The default standard screen setting, motion clarity set to medium, causes too much "soap opera effect". Had to turn off this medium preset and use manual settings for both blurring and judder control, set to 6. The TV does have a good menu system via Google TV. No issues with app installations. The TV's VA panel produces deep blacks and very good contrast.

Fantastic... except for streaming sports
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this 65 inch QM7K TV for a few weeks and it is a beautiful TV.... Unless your streaming live sports. then its not so beautiful. It really is a great TV i think most people would love but for some reason Baseballs and golf balls (haven't had any live football yet) leaves a trail as the balls are traveling. For reference my Sony A90L TV did not have this issue. I fear this may be a processor issue. Hopefully I'm wrong and an update can fix it. I will update to 5 stars if this is correctable via update!!

Do Not Buy this TV, Opt for a Roku version.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV 4 weeks ago and would not recommend it to anyone. When streaming programs in any streaming app the program will lock up (play back just stops and the image of what you are watching is frozen on the screen. This happens randomly but mostly after fast-forwarding or when pressing the SKIP function. When I hookup my Roku box and stream the exact apps and programs it never locks up, so it is not my internet or network. Prior to this TV I had a TCL Roku tv that never locked up while playing shows or apps. The only way to recover from the lock up is to watch something else for 30 to 40 minutes, sometimes longer or power cycle the TV. Also, randomly when I turn the TV on in morning or from when it has been off for a while. I get a black screen for 30 to 50 seconds and then the Google Tv slowly fades in. One time the Google Tv never faded in and had to power cycle the TV. This TV is the worst and is unwatchable. I would take it back to the store, but I am past my return date. For now, until I can afford to buy a different brand TV I am watching using my Roku box but then I don't get the 4k upscaling that does work very well on this TV but can't use due the constant program lockups. Do not buy this TV.

I bought this to replace my 2023 75" QM8 which had a much better clearer and more consistent picture across different content. This TV has a very inconsistent picture depending on content and after updating and making multiple adjustments, still not as clear as the older QM8.
