Exactly What I Need
I have been using a Tempur-Neck pillow for many years, and it has performed wonderfully. But, it has finally worn to the point of replacement, so I bought two on the BOGO free offer. Received my pillows and loving the new one! And I have a spare!

A really great pillow (after break-in period)
I can’t say I was impressed when my pillows first arrived-it was a bit stiff. But I remembered that Tempur-Pedic pillows need time to become more attuned to your sleeping needs. So I gave my pillow to my grandchildren, for them to sit on it, stand on it or throw it. I might add that the pillow was super tough to put up with such conditions. Once I started using it as MY pillow it took a few days for both the pillow and me to adjust and now my neck sleeps more comfy. Recommended!!

Quality and comfortable product
My husband and I have been using tempur-neck pillows for at least 10+ years. They afford us a great nights sleep. Recently our grand daughter visited and she used one of our pillows for a nap and could not get over how comfortable her neck felt. She hinted her birthday was approaching. Of course, we treated her to her very own temper-neck pillow. We will give our grandson a tempur-neck pillow for his upcoming birthday too. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!

You've saved my neck..! I had just purchased a pair of new pillows that I thought would support my head in a comfortable position. Boy was I wrong..! My neck was just traumatized..! As soon as possible I ordered two TEMPUR-Neck Pillows and after having a seamstress trim down my pillowcases they look great and support my head with style..!

The best neck pillow
My brother recommended this pillow to me, and at first I was skeptical of the weird shape, but wow! After two weeks of sleeping on this pillow, I wake up with no neck pain/stiffness. I bought two of the medium pillows and they were a bit pricey but perfect and definitely worth the investment.

Finally the neck support we needed
My wife and I had been flipping from one pillow to another for years without finding the neck support we needed for restful sleep without tossing and turning.. An older brother, who had slept on the same Tempu-Neck pillow for nine straight years, raved about the great neck support it had given him. Simply The Best for Your Neck!
I have been using Tempur-neck pillows for 35 years. Although there are many great pillow out there, and I have tried many, there is nothing like the Tempur design for truly resting your neck and upper back. So when it came time to replace mine, after many years, I went back to Tempurpedic. Saved Sleep Quality and Neck
Transformed my sleep on night one. I sleep like a rock now and wake up without neck pain or strain. Have tried dozens of pillows. Anyone with broad shoulders, neck pain, or degenerating discs in their neck (my condition) is likely to benefit from this Tempur Pedic pillow. Wish I’d gotten one years ago. Getting one for my partner ASAP. For the cooling cover as well and it works.

Pillow Is Making A Difference
We purchased the Tempur-Neck pillow for my wife, who had been having sleeping issues (and related back pain) for some time. The pillow is making a difference! Her back isn't hurting nearly so much now, and we attribute that to the pillow.

Don’t travel without one
I use a neck pillow at home and looked into buying a travel size one. I have been spending two weeks each month helping my daughter with our first grandson in a different state. I decided to just buy another one that I can leave at my daughter’s house. It has made a world of a difference. Also, because of a mix up I ended up with another one that I used to replace a very old tired one at the beach cabin as I started to bring the one from home. I still plan to look into a travel one possibly.

The perfect side sleeper pillow
I got the large model and a pillow protector as well. I love this pillow! It's very comfortable but also very supportive. My head never gets hot, it never bunches up because of the wonderful foam they use, and it feels like it will last forever. Highly recommend!

This is what I needed!
I’ve been using a soft pillow and needing something a little bit firmer. This the firmness on this pillow is so comfortable and exactly what I needed! I use it for when I sleep on my back and on my side. I still struggle with sleeping on my stomach, but I’m working on no longer doing that! And this pillow is so helpful.

Perfect Pillow for Neck Issues
I have an artificial disk at C5/C6. I used this original Tempur-Pedic design pillow after neck surgery. As time went on I migrated to a different version tempurpedic pillow and began having terrible knots and pain in my traps. I went back to the OG pillow and have not regretted it. If you can train yourself to sleep on your back most of the night, the payoff is immense! Since switching back to this pillow I’ve woken up with neck pain once (because I used my old pillow instead). Get this pillow if you are tired of waking up with a stiff neck. Just remember it will take time for your body to adjust to the difference in pillow

Takes time to get used to but helpful for neck issues
This is a very firm pillow at first and it was uncomfortable the first night. After that it became more comfortable. I have severe cervical stenosis and find this pillow to be very helpful to sleep with. I may even take it when I travel.

Works for me!
I've been using the pillow since May 2026. I wanted something supportive than a regular pillow. I've been using triangles, etc and they didn't seem to be stiff enough. My concern was the thickness of this pillow and how much it'll raise my head awkwardly with regards to my shoulders. However, it's been working great. The only gripe is that it seems to slide around quite a bit on the bed sheet. It would be good to find a way to better anchor it.

I bought this pillow so many years ago and I need to get a new one. No other pillows compare. With this pillow I always feel rested when I get up the next day. This for years is still my number 1 pillow.

Good sleep at last
My neck problems avoid sleeping well and every morning waking up with more pain. This pillow helps a lot . I have now a better sleep, not turning the whole night and less sensitive neck in the morning.I can not skeep withouts this pillow anymore!
