Love My Cube!
This is a great addition to my Therabody products. I am recovering from foot surgery and need to “ice” several times a day for a whole year. This is a perfect product for when I don’t have ice nearby. Highly recommend.

Cool little cube
This lil cube is very handy. So far I’ve used it to cool down the muscles in my forearm (the strap is very convenient) and to also warm up the neck and trap muscles on one of my clients before their massage. I plan to use this both personally and professionally in my massage practice.

Seeing improvements in HRV, RHR, and vascular age

I've been using this device in contrast therapy mode on my heart area. When the contrast sequence finishes I then use the Theragun Mini to massage the heart area. What I've noticed is that my HRV,
RHR, and vascular age data have improved from the data collected both my Oura Ring and Withing's Bodyscan Smartphone Scale.

Really enjoyed the device so far

Then the next several days alternating when I had time. Definitely recovered quicker than expected. Felt great. The product was very quick to start and was user friendly and comfortable.

Portable Therm Cube
This is an incredible little hand- held or use the strap apparatus to both heat and ice any spots that need therapeutic relief. It is an instant change in temperature as needed. Travels well. Charges easily, and quickly. Holds a charge. Because it has multi heat and cool settings, you can increase the levels of ice or change to the multi heat settings.

Must-Have for all homes
Finally purchased my RecoveryTherm Cube and instanly wish I had purchased it earlier! I've had a back crick in my neck (and shoulder) for the last few weeks. Putting this on the area has been instant relief.
The bands are great, too, because I can place it over a sore lower back while still training my clients.
My wife now loves it! During "her week”, she wraps it around her abdomen and turns the heat on for instant relief.

Just whatthe doctor ordered
This is the best of both worlds. Instead of having to get a cold pack from the freezer and then getting the heating pad, all I have to do is strap this on and push both buttons and I get heat and cold alternating for 20 minutes. What more could you want?
It is rechargable and recharges quikly. I am nursing an ankle injury that I have been dealing with for 2 years, and 3 surgeries. This is a Godsend!!!

Muscle Recovery Godsend

Use Heat on the Go!
