I more than anything use it during the night has helped me prepare myself to sleep relieves my anxiety And stress. Pairs right up to your phone on the app, and has peaceful relaxing sounds. The device has 3 different modes and vibrations can be adjusted to your liking.

Great wind down product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this. Its design is very sleek and it’s comfortable to wear. It has a nice weight to it and there are multiple functions you can use to relax after a long day. You pair it with the app and can select a function which comes with very relaxing sound to help you unwind and meditate. It gently massages and warms so you can feel your tension just melt away. I’m so happy I was able to try this.

Love this Glasses!

My experience with this device has been incredibly beneficial to my health. It has helped me fall asleep so easily that I've stopped taking my insomnia medication, and my stress and anxiety levels have improved considerably. Without a doubt, this product is highly recommended for anyone needing truly restful sleep. Daily use has brought me significant health benefits, improving my mood and sleep quality. The therapies and sounds used are perfect for relaxing after a long or tiring day. The design and black color give it a sophisticated and elegant touch.

Relaxed in 20 mins or less!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing! As a mom of 2 young kids, I try to squeeze in a time to relax when I can. These allow me to relax in 20 mins or less. Massage, vibration, and heat therapy are all wrapped up into one. Setup was easy to follow, and you can watch a couple of videos explaining all the features. Easy to operate with 3 preset modes, as well as vibration and heat mode buttons. Each mode is 15 minutes with different settings. Relax with a pulse vibration and low heat. It also uses massage and compression on your face in different spots. Headache and Eye Strain with wave vibration and medium heat. Sleep with low vibration and a temple massage. Of course, you can change vibration and heat with each preset as well. I love the presets, but using the app takes it to another level. A wide variety of routines that you can even select by benefit, genre, or length of the routine. Categories like: Focus, Mediation, Travel Decompress, Relax and Stress Reduction, Soft Background, Restful Sleep, and Soundscapes. I love the addition of having music or soundscapes playing while using the SmartGoggles. The sound bath and light rain routines are a couple of my favorites. I really enjoy the compression massage across my face. Spots I never knew held tension, now are starting to relax. A couple of things that I was slightly disappointed in. The weight of the goggles is on the heavier side, I don't mind it much though since I lay down when using them. There are some light leaks under the nose, which doesn't make them 100% blackout, but I typically have my eyes closed so it doesn't bother me. I do feel like the band on the goggles could be adjusted a little bit bigger. My husband has a large head and he struggles to wear these comfortably. Overall, not big issues, just things that I noticed.

So relaxing after a long day staring at the comput
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These smart googles are perfect when your eyes are tired and you're ready to relax for the night. I wouldn't recommend using them when you have a headache because they will feel too tight on your head but they are awesome for tired eyes. It applies pressure near your temples. You can change the settings including heat and vibration. Also works with an app that plays music and has automatic programing. I like to use them after a long day staring at the computer.

Great for relaxation and stress relief!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Therabody SmartGoggles and was amazed from the first use. The goggles had some charge right out of the box, so I adjusted the head strap and tried them right away.
The goggles themselves are a bit bulky, but aren’t heavy. I was able to easily adjust the head strap to comfortably fit my head. I found that it’s best for me to have the goggles on snug, but not tight. The goggles also have decent padding and the ability to block out the light.
The SmartGoggles came with a power cord and a travel pouch. I like to use the travel pouch to store the goggles when not in use.
Before I used the goggles, I downloaded the Therabody app as recommended on the box. You can power the goggles on using the power button and use on the general setting or you can use of the many relaxation sessions shown on the app. The sessions on the app also have relaxation sounds, which help me to feel even more relaxed. There’s also manual buttons on the goggles themselves to increase or lessen the heating and vibrating functions.
I work from home and stare at a computer for 8+ hours a day. Since using the Therabody SmartGoggles, I’ve found that they really help to calm my eyes and relax my mind. I also have trouble sleeping and will sometimes use these goggles before bed. The sleep preparation and meditation sessions on the app really help to ensure that I clear my mind and have restful sleep. Using the goggles is truly like a firm, but relaxing head massage.
One small drawback is that you can’t tell how much charge is left directly on the goggles. The app shows how much battery is left, but seeing this on the goggles themselves would be nice.
Overall, the Therabody SmartGoggles are a true game changer when it comes to at home relaxation.

Worth it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have nothing but great things to say about this Theragun Smart Goggles. The day I received this I was suffering with a tension headache. As someone who regularly suffers with headaches and recently migraines this product worked so well. After using them on the headache setting I was able to go about my evening as usual rather than going to sleep early. The goggles have an adjustable strap and easy to use on/off button. The price is steep but the payoff may be worth it.

Best product I’ve received
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this right after I had my second baby and let me tell you, it is absolutely wonderful. I use it a few minutes each day, sometimes before bed to help me get to sleep, and other times throughout the day to help me relax and find peace. My husband frequently uses it too. The battery lasts a while. The vibration settings are perfect for when I have a migraine. And the fit is adjustable so it can be snug without being tight. 100/10

Genius!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you get occasional migraines (not daily chronic ones) like me, and you’re looking for something to help early warning signs like temple tension or eye strain before things escalate, I think the SmartGoggles make a good addition to your “medicine” cabinet. My husband loves using these goggles as part of a “wind-down” routine after staring at screens all day for work.

The straps are adjustable, it has a travel pouch with a charging cord, and there are three different settings for vibration and heat. I’ve tried to use it multiple times, so I have a good baseline, but my problem is I fall asleep within a few minutes and I wake up to it completely off over 15 minutes later. It is a 15 minute time to use the product before it turns off. It helped with tension headaches and it’s completely light blocking. Perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg, I don’t know how I went this long without the SmartGoggles they are my new obsession and an absolute must-have! The packaging is sleek and thoughtful, arriving with the goggles, a travel bag, and a charger, which immediately feels premium.
From the very first time I put them on, I knew these were going to be amazing. They adapt perfectly to any face shape and feel incredibly secure without putting pressure on the eyes, making them exceptionally comfortable for extended use. I’ve tried all the settings different levels of vibration, heat, and modes and honestly, I enjoy every single one. Using them 20 minutes before bed has become a ritual; they calm me, lower my heart rate, and help me sleep deeper and wake up feeling truly rested.
The battery life is impressive, lasting long enough for multiple sessions without needing a recharge. The app makes the experience even better, allowing me to save my favorite settings and play soothing music, which I enhance with headphones for a fully immersive experience.

Amazing Relaxation Device

Relaxation Overload!

Headache and stress have meet there natural match!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my first word will be wow second word to be amazing from the presentation of the box to the quality of the goggles to the vibration and the massage filling is amazing. I have headaches constantly from either sinus or stress or migraine and what a great item to have. I tried it out last night before I went to bed and the massage relaxed me to the point, I removed them, put them on the side and went to sleep. You won’t be disappointed. I recommended to anyone that’s looking for relief from headaches to just unwinding before going to bed.

Great SmartGoggle

I suffer from anxiety and headaches and one session with these gave me peace and relaxation. They are easily adjustable and are well made. Also there is an app to download and they have relaxation sounds on it. It seems very durable. It is black out and messages and heats feels very good.

Great for relaxation

The mix of massage, light pressure, and preset “moods” in the app makes it easy to pick a routine that matches how you’re feeling, whether that’s winding down for sleep or just taking a quick break. I’m curious to see how they’ll work when I have a headache.
There are a few things I wish were different. The goggles only work through the phone app, so you can’t just turn them on and use them independently. The audio also plays from your phone, not the goggles, which takes away from the immersive feel. The heat function is nice, but it doesn’t get very warm, so it’s not super helpful if you’re hoping for relief from dry eyes (and it’s not designed for that!)
They’re a great luxurious tool for relaxation, but I think future versions could improve by adding built-in sound, and more standalone usability.

Almost Perfect
This has been the perfect addition to my relaxation process. The fit, feel and multitude of guided mediations and experiences is perfect. A big step up from the 1st gen. My only wish is that I could adjust the level of pressure at the temples and upper brow.

I love that I can pick from a variety of tracks on the Therabody app which sync with my goggles. My only recommendation would be putting in a few eye drops before using with heat--keeps my eyes from drying out.

Time to Relax!
