The cold rings are a great add on to the theraface unit. I find that it works well to reduce under eye swelling and also to massage face . I like to use it along with the massage attachment!

Love these!!! Especially the cold
Love these!!! Especially the cold ring! Soothe ls the eyes and really reduces the puffiness! Really nice on my temples and forehead during a headache. I use both hot and cold around the TMJ.
Worth the additional money.

The thera face have been helping me with my TMJ pain. The cold ring gets hot on the sides after using it for a session. Probably improve the coating n the sides. The hot ring does the job.

I only gave this 4 stars because I have yet to try all the attachments, also have not had it long enough for the long term benefits. That being said I mostly bought this for my migraines and clenching jaw, so far this has done wonders for me personally just being able to relax the jaw muscles and massage the temporal area.

The cold ring is not that impressive
The cold ring doesn't get as cold as I hoped plus it heats at the base so you can feel the base while using the cold ring. It's definitely not worth the price while there are better options.

The cold attachment gets hot and it isn’t usable. I’ve tried a few different times, and no matter what I do it will start cold and turn hot before a minute passes.

Did not work
Purchased these as an additional add on and the cold ring does not work. It stays cold for about 30 seconds and then shuts off. Will be returning for a refund.

The cold ring doesn’t stay cold. It gets pretty hot during use, and I’m not able to use it. I bought these rings specifically for the cold ring, and it doesn’t work.

The hot ring is ok, but the cold one isn’t very good, makes the device very hot and it doesn’t really stay cold for longer than a few minutes. Don’t buy it you’ll end up not using it and it’s expensive. Better get the skinny confidential!

Disappointed
I have emailed and chatted online regarding a defective cold ring. After waiting over an hour to converse with someone they kept having to “get back to me” at the almost two hour mark of the chat system I had gotten nowhere and had to leave for a flight. I was sure to get an email for a follow up and it’s been days and I’ve heard nothing. Very disappointing from what I thought was supposed to be an amazing brand.
