Best massage ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rechargeable massager is great for sore muscles and relaxation. The charge lasts for about 20 to 30 minutes. Perhaps longer depending on what setting you use. I like that one button changes the settings to your liking. It's also light and comfortable in your hands.

Lots of power for its size!

I assumed its small size would mean it wouldnt have much power but oh wow yes it does, and the charge lasts super long! Its easy to hold and comes with 3 heads to use for different issues (I like the widest head for a nice massage-like feel). I find if I use it too long that my skin gets itchy but Ive heard thats pretty common. Its awesome!!

Portable relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are big fans of the theragun mini. Its compact size and carrying case make it easy to use on the go for sore neck/shoulders from sitting in the car on long road trips. It is also very nice when you’re sore from working out. We have a larger version of massage gun from a different brand and we much prefer this one as it’s easy to handle and use on your own back without having to twist your arm around at an odd angle

A great too for migraines and overall well being

I’ve found that using it gently around my neck and shoulders helps release tension that often triggers my headaches. Beyond migraines, it’s been great for everyday stress relief and loosening tight muscles after long workdays. It’s compact, easy to use, and surprisingly powerful for its size. It works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this a couple of days and it works to help relieve tense muscles. This won’t replace a sport massage therapist I see who really works out the knots in my body. However, I think with time this will allow me to reduce the number of sessions I schedule with her.
I am thinking about buying another for my wife to have for herself. We have been sharing this one. When I travel for work I plan to take this with to keep up my daily routines.
The app on the phone is user-friendly, and I like how it suggest routines based upon the type of activities you select. Similar to my fitness watch, they have many different sport and workout activities to choose from.
There are a couple of a routines that recommend an attachment called a wedge. This is not included with the kit. I found it on the manufacturers website and have ordered it. Customer comments suggested it is a great attachment and should be included in the base kit.
I recommend this product for others to help with relieving sore muscles and finding the knots that are hidden within them.

Such a relief!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this therabody theragun mini 3rd generation to try. This is scientifically proven to relieve aches and pains, ease tension, and reduce stress. It comes with three different attachments to deliver targeted relief. I like that this is small, light weight, and portable. It's fantastic for traveling or on-the-go due to its size. It comes with a carrying bag too which is great! My wife and I have used this several times and we both really like it. She has used it for her shoulder and it gave her a ton of relief. I have used it for my lower back and legs, which works terrific for those areas as well. However, I will say after a while it gets tiring to hold, even being light weight. Other than that, this does work great to relieve pain, tension, and stress. Another thing I'd like to add, it is super quiet, it doesn't hardly have any noise to it even on the highest setting. Plus the battery life has been terrific, we've been using this for a good week now, and we haven't had to charge it yet.
Lastly, we both really like the app! It is very helpful and offers a lot of great information when using this device.

Despite its size, the Mini surprising power with three speed settings. It’s noticeably quieter than other models, and the ergonomic triangular design makes it easy to hold, even when reaching tricky spots like shoulders or calves.
Battery life is solid, lasting multiple sessions before needing a recharge. The included attachments let you switch between targeting large areas or the small for other areas, making it versatile for different needs.
Definitely for everyday gym sessions, or travel, it’s an excellent companion.

I was surprised by how powerful it is for such a small size and the quality feels premium all around.
I love how quiet and smooth it runs, even when applying pressure, and the ergonomic grip makes it comfortable to hold. It also has long battery life, which lasts up to 3 hours on a full charge. I also love how seamlessly it connects to the Therabody app via Bluetooth. It pairs easily with my iPhone and even syncs with my health data and Strava app to suggest personalized recovery routines based on my workout history and activity levels. That smart integration makes a big difference, it feels like the device knows exactly what my body needs after a long day or a tough workout.
The included attachments are useful, but I do wish the Supersoft attachment came with the set instead of needing to purchase it separately, especially for more sensitive areas like the neck, ankles or forearms. Still, overall, this is a powerful and thoughtfully designed tool that has made a noticeable difference in my recovery and daily comfort.

Wonderful! Kiss your pain goodbye
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I go to physical therapy for chronic back pain and they use a Theragun as part of the treatment. When comparing the Theragun Mini to the one they use at PT, I really couldn’t tell you the difference. This Mini is small but powerful and comes with 3 different attachments and can be used at 3 different speeds. I found instant relief using this on some of my trouble areas. One of the best things I found was that not only did it come with a few routines displayed on cards, but you can connect to the Therabody app and it will walk you through many routines with a video showing you what it should look like. One of the main reasons I never splurged on a Theragun in the past is that I was afraid I wouldn’t know what to do with it once I had it. That fear is gone and I’m so glad that I have the Theragun Mini to get me through my daily pain.

Convenient and Easy to Use

I love that it comes with multiple attachment heads as well as a very nice quality carry case. It charges quickly and is very easy to use. It has three speeds and can also be locked to ensure it isn't turned on by accident while traveling, although that would be unlikely. There is an app available for suggested uses for certain pains, but it is not necessary to download in order to use the device. My only complaint is that the cable does not have a typical USB end on the charger end, both ends are identical. Not a huge issue, as I have the right port on my laptop, but I will probably just use my phone charger anyway. And in that regard, it is super convenient that it has the same charger port as my phone, so I don't have to have another charger cable laying around. The device itself fits very comfortably in the hand and is easy to use. I like how small it is so I can pack it on trips. And the construction appears top notch! I am very happy with it!

You can use it for recovery after a workout, or even before bed to relax your muscles and help you sleep better. It’s honestly incredible—there’s a feature for pretty much everything! To get started, you just download the app on your phone, pick the goal you want to achieve, and it gives you a routine to follow. You can also choose the intensity level, and the app guides you with a tutorial of movements to do to get the best results.
The product itself is super compact and lightweight, and it even comes with a travel case for easy storage. I used it last night before bed, and let me tell you, the relaxation was instant! It really does what it promises.

Amazing for chronic pain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little guy is magical! I have chronic back pain and try anything and everything to help. I have a big massage gun that is difficult to grasp and jiggles my hand until it’s almost numb. This is small with a handle that is far easier to grip. I’ve only used it for a few days, but my back already feels different. This is fantastic. The Theragun is quieter and does not make my hand numb either. I had to charge my big one every time I used it, but I’ve been using the mini for several days and it has not needed charged yet! It also comes with a compact carrying case and a way to lock it for traveling—which we do a lot. I am so excited to continue using it so I can work out all my kinks and stiffness.
