Never thought much about the best way to handle muscle aches & pains but if you visit a dentist you’ll notice that when they’re about to give you an injection in the gum, they use the mirror to steadily tap tap tap against the gum as they insert the needle into the tissue.
This continuous thumping against the gum tissue diminishes if not eradicates most of the pain of the needle penetrating the tissue.
Same principle applies here, steady thumping against my achy muscle definitely eases if not eradicates most of the pain.
I love my THUMPER !!!

Excellent option for on the go
I received a full size Theragun as a gift several months ago and have loved using after workouts and to keep out of pain from chronic neck issues. I have been able to greatly reduce my chiropractor visits since then.
I then took my first vacation since using a Theragun regularly and oh how I missed it! My neck had knots from the long plane ride and I was wishing I had it with me to help. I purchased the Mini as soon as I saw the anniversary sale and I’m so happy I did. I will certainly be traveling with the Mini from now on. I’ve used it several times at home to compare. As it is smaller, the maximum speed is less than using my full size on high of course, but it is still plenty powerful and effective. Small enough that I’ll be able to carry on during my next long plane ride and work out the kinks during layovers. I can already tell it’s going to be super helpful for long haul flights and during the trip while away. And I have reached for it at home too, when I accidentally didn’t get my full size device charged or when just wanting a quick treatment for my neck during work day and I could keep handy near my desk.
Very pleased with my purchase and finding it worth investing in a second device.

A Compact Powerhouse for Muscle Relief

It’s been a game-changer for my sore muscles and tightness—whether it’s from tough workouts or sitting for long hours. I especially noticed how much it helped relieve the tightness in my thighs, since leg days can really take a toll. It’s compact, easy to use, and powerful for its size. Just make sure to use it correctly and avoid pressing too hard, because improper use can aggravate muscle tightness instead of relieving it. Overall, I highly recommend it!

I have used it almost daily since I have received it! It’s my go to for easing tension and relieving pulled muscle pain after a long day or intense workout. My husband is a HUGE fan! It comes with a cute little ouch and different massage heads that pop on and off super easily! It also has multiple settings, shown in the video below! I have fallen in love and definitely recommend!!

Truly an incredible product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll admit that I used to be a skeptic about the Theragun - I owned a generic massage gun and I figured that a Theragun wouldn’t be much better than it was. After receiving this product and using it for a few weeks, it’s clear that I was completely incorrect in my assumptions.
The Theragun Mini, despite being much smaller than my full size massage gun, is much more powerful and feels much better made. The product is thoughtfully designed and fits comfortably into my hand. It has 3 speeds and comes with 3 different attachments, which provides a pretty solid range of levels for massaging different areas of the body. It is incredibly powerful, and works incredibly well for aches and pains all over the body.
The box comes with a few cards detailing different types of massages, which is a great addition for someone who is newer to using a massage device. I also really appreciate that there is an option to “lock” the device so that it doesn’t accidentally turn on if you’re traveling with it. Overall, every piece of this product feels like it was thoughtfully designed with the average user experience in mind.
My only incredibly minor complaint is that the case for it does not have space to also hold the charger and attachments went they aren’t in use - since this is a mini size that is perfect for traveling I would have loved to be able to throw all of the pieces into a single bag, but the case is really only big enough for the device itself, and whatever attachment it currently has on. That being said, the case being a little bit small really isn’t a big deal, and it doesn’t impact my user experience in a major way at all.
Overall, this is an incredible product and I am so excited to be able to use it now! I would definitely recommend this to anyone if it’s in your price range!

Small but mighty!

I find myself now only using this one due to the functionality and size. The power is impressive for how small it is, and I love how easy it is to bring with me. I keep it in my gym bag and use it right after workouts. It’s super convenient and has become part of my post-gym routine.
The size is perfect — it’s lightweight, fits comfortably in my hand, and still feels really solid. It’s not too loud even on the highest setting. A full charge last weeks and it took under an hour to charge to full battery. The attachments are great too and make it easy to target different muscle groups depending on what’s sore that day. For how compact it is, it really packs a punch. One of my favorite features is the Therabody app. It connects to the device through Bluetooth and actually creates personalized routines for you based on your workouts, goals, and any specific concerns you have. It even gives you step-by-step guidance on which attachment and speed to use. It’s nice not having to guess what to do — the app basically acts like your own recovery coach. Overall, I’m super happy with it. It’s powerful, easy to carry anywhere, and the app makes it feel way more personalized. If you’re looking for a smaller massage gun that still delivers like the full-size one, this is definitely the one to get.

Best massage ever!

Perhaps longer depending on what setting you use. I like that one button changes the settings to your liking. It's also light and comfortable in your hands.

I assumed its small size would mean it wouldnt have much power but oh wow yes it does, and the charge lasts super long! Its easy to hold and comes with 3 heads to use for different issues (I like the widest head for a nice massage-like feel). I find if I use it too long that my skin gets itchy but Ive heard thats pretty common. Its awesome!!

Portable relief

Its compact size and carrying case make it easy to use on the go for sore neck/shoulders from sitting in the car on long road trips. It is also very nice when you’re sore from working out. We have a larger version of massage gun from a different brand and we much prefer this one as it’s easy to handle and use on your own back without having to twist your arm around at an odd angle

It works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this a couple of days and it works to help relieve tense muscles. This won’t replace a sport massage therapist I see who really works out the knots in my body. However, I think with time this will allow me to reduce the number of sessions I schedule with her.
I am thinking about buying another for my wife to have for herself. We have been sharing this one. When I travel for work I plan to take this with to keep up my daily routines.
The app on the phone is user-friendly, and I like how it suggest routines based upon the type of activities you select. Similar to my fitness watch, they have many different sport and workout activities to choose from.
There are a couple of a routines that recommend an attachment called a wedge. This is not included with the kit. I found it on the manufacturers website and have ordered it. Customer comments suggested it is a great attachment and should be included in the base kit.
I recommend this product for others to help with relieving sore muscles and finding the knots that are hidden within them.

Such a relief!!

This is scientifically proven to relieve aches and pains, ease tension, and reduce stress. It comes with three different attachments to deliver targeted relief. I like that this is small, light weight, and portable. It's fantastic for traveling or on-the-go due to its size. It comes with a carrying bag too which is great! My wife and I have used this several times and we both really like it. She has used it for her shoulder and it gave her a ton of relief. I have used it for my lower back and legs, which works terrific for those areas as well. However, I will say after a while it gets tiring to hold, even being light weight. Other than that, this does work great to relieve pain, tension, and stress. Another thing I'd like to add, it is super quiet, it doesn't hardly have any noise to it even on the highest setting. Plus the battery life has been terrific, we've been using this for a good week now, and we haven't had to charge it yet.
Lastly, we both really like the app! It is very helpful and offers a lot of great information when using this device.
