Definitely worth the purchase

It is an amazing tool for sore muscles and has done wonders for the soreness in my legs. It is no bigger than my hand and is very powerful. It comes in a neoprene carry case and would easily fit into a suitcase, gym bag or purse.

Great little portable massage gun with heat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very old original Theragun that just didn’t see much use due to its bulky size and difficulty to store. This mini version is such a huge upgrade from that device when it comes to portability, and ease of use!
This has three different levels of heat and vibration power, which is plenty for me. I didn’t realize that these tools now come with heated massage attachments, and that is a game changer for me. The heat, paired along with the three different vibration powers is more than enough for this small device to help me recover from sore muscles. I can use it just about anywhere on my body, though even the lowest vibration setting is a little bit aggressive on the neck area.
I like that I can use this on its own or with a companion app. I also appreciate that the app is free and I don’t have to pay a subscription on top of it.
The only thing that is a little awkward is the size of the handle of this. It feels a little imbalanced to hold, but once you get the feel of it, it works well enough.

Compact, yet powerful!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device was just awesome! I work a pretty labor-intensive job, as does my husband, and this has helped significantly! We wake up sore and just use this even on the lowest settings all over, and within minutes feel better with significant relief. This was pretty self-explanatory and easy to use. There's just a couple buttons to push to toggle between settings. The heat is also really nice. It's a little heavy to hold but not too bad to where I wouldn't use it. All in all this has helped tremendously and I recommend to anybody who has any kind of sore muscles and what not!

Vibrating on a Higher Level
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opening the Theragun Mini Plus is like what opening a certain smartphone ~used~ to be like. That is, the whole experience feels very premium. Its packaging is sleek and thoughtful, with everything fitting perfectly into a compact carrier case. The box comes with instructions as well, along with reference cards for using the device on different areas of the body.
The device comes to life with the simple press of a button but can also be controlled via Bluetooth and a dedicated mobile app, complete with guided treatment routines. Its ergonomic form and soft-touch silicone finish feel super life in-hand. Between the devices two buttons, you are able to program three heat and speed settings. Even on the lowest setting, the combination of heat (warms very quickly and gets 30% warmer than the leading competitor) and percussive + vibrating action is very effective against everyday aches and pains and musculoskeletal injuries alike. Battery life is great and the charge is super fast. There is no charger included so be sure to have a UB-C cable on hand.
I recently slipped on my tile kitchen floor from standing height and landed on my back. Long story short, a dull and massaging ache has lingered for months. One use of the Theragun has already made so much difference; for instance, I'm not in near as much pain in my flank area when getting out of bed.
Also of note: the device is very quiet and particularly for punch it packs. I appreciate that the massage head can be swapped out easily for other attachments and that the technological element of incorporating the smartphone app seems thoughtful and intuitive re: personalized, science-backed care routines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in LOVE with the Therabody Theragun Mini Plus! This little device is incredible. I’ve never been a fan of the larger massage guns—they’re too intense for my sensitive body. I deal with chronic pain, and lately, with the weather changes, my RLS has been awful. I’ve been using this on my legs at night for the past week, and it’s been the only thing that truly helps.
Don’t let the size fool you—this compact massage gun packs a serious punch. I use the lowest setting which delivers great relief without being too painful. The added heat feature is amazing as it helps to relax and soothe sore muscles. I also love how portable it is, you can easily toss it in your bag for travel.
While it’s definitely an investment, it’s worth every penny. When you compare it to the cost of massages or physical therapy sessions, this tool quickly pays for itself. I’m already planning to grab a few attachments for it. The Theragun Mini Plus has officially become my new best friend!

It’s one of the most portable massage devices I’ve tried - small enough to slip into a gym bag or weekend carry-on without noticing the extra bulk. That compactness doesn’t feel cheap, either: the build quality is solid, with a firm grip and no creaks, and the attachments click in with reassuring precision.
Once turned on, it’s not whisper-quiet but pleasantly tame - the motor hum is audible but not harsh. It doesn’t dominate a room, and I haven’t felt embarrassed using it at home or in a semi-quiet shared space. The percussive action feels effective: it reaches into sore spots well, loosening tension that lingers after workouts or long days of sitting. Great for sore muscles!

I barely handle the slowest setting but my husband swears by it.
I like that I can control with my app and the small size I can keep in my gym bag instead taking a traditional version.
I might invest in the other attachments since this baby is a must in this household.

Your new favorite messager

I’ve been having a really sore neck and omg, the heated attachment + the vibrations really eased the tension in my neck. My feet have been really sore due to standing long hours and omg this is so much better than my boyfriend rubbing my feet. Super quiet device but packs a very powerful vibration! Very easy to put it in its case and pick up , long battery life and so far my son has dropped it and it’s still like new !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so impressed with Theragun Mini Plus by Therabody. It’s mini but it’s definitely mighty! The power on this massager is truly impressive. I can choose between 3 power settings. It’s very strong and effective. I’ve been having a lot of back issues, my lower back aches daily and my upper back as well, my trapezius muscles always feel very tight. I love that I can use Theragun myself without anyone’s assistance. Just a few minutes and I can feel a huge difference. It’s better than getting a massage and it’s a lot more beneficial. I was worried that mini won’t be big enough but it’s actually perfect for me and it’s very comfortable to hold. It comes with a carrying case and easy to take for on-the-go. I used to have another massager but it doesn’t compare to Theragun even close. I also purchased additional attachments and I’m very happy with the performance. I believe the price is totally fair for such strong and high quality device. I’ve been using it daily and my back feels so much better. I love that it doesn’t require any additional batteries, you just plug it in and the charge lasts a really long time. My husband loves Theragun too. Definitely 5 star product. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking a good quality massager.

Perfect for after workouts

Where has this been ? Needed this !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had chronic back/neck pain from a childhood injury. I have done everything from pills, creams, shots in my spine and everything in between. I was so excited to get this.
It’s super portable and I could see this going in a bag when I travel. It is quiet, yes it has a vibration but unless you turn on the audio on some routines- it can be used any time.
My husband is a gamer and he liked the “tech neck”. I love the app and that you can save routines. I am a fan of the bedtime one. Currently I am pregnant so everything aches from my arms to legs and this has already helped with these random knots I’m getting. In fact, the day it got here I slept strange and my left arm hurt. I used this routine and bam! Pain gone.
Oh and the battery lasts. I charged it once and it’s stayed charged.
Now, I included a photo with all the attachments, which is great they include that inside the case. Personally, for pain, I know I need the dampener to actually use this on my back. However I cannot find the one for the mini plus. Unless they all take the same? But the mini plus is not listed as one of the products in the store that this goes with. So while I appreciate knowing what attachments work and what they do, I still cannot figure out where to find the ones that work with this particular one. I was most excited to get this for my chronic back pain and little options currently while pregnancy but this attachment is not one I can use for that. This one is for soreness stiffness and recovery. Will I still use it? Absolutely. But I kind of need to find the right attachment to truly try this out for what I thought I’d use it most for.
Overall, very happy with this, as is my husband.

Powerful

The app is a great feature as it has countless preprogrammed massages designed to target different areas and for different recoveries. There’s also a lock feature so the device doesn’t accidentally turn on while traveling. The heat feature is great and really the standout feature. I wish there was a less intense setting.
