So incredibly worth it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the past few years, we’ve used a cheaper handheld massage gun and thought it was just as good as the Theragun models. We were wrong. Not only does the Theragun Mini Plus seem to have more power and a better battery life, but it also has heat! This has been an absolute game changer for my back pain and general muscle recovery. I have had knots disappear with a few minutes of use. The Mini is easy to hold and use on yourself, but still has a ton of power to get deep into your muscles. Also, there are additional tips you can purchase—we may look into the cold one. I can’t recommend anything more than this—treat yourself!

Love this massage gun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far my favorite massage gun i’ve used! I love how it is travel sized and you’re easily able to take it on the go. It even includes 3 different speed and heat settings. The warmth that is included is such a bonus because it tends to help with my muscle soreness so much better. I like that it includes reference cards and examples of how the massage gun can be used in different areas of the body. I especially love that it bluetooth’s to your phone with their app and it even gives you a specific routine based on your concerns and things you’d like to improve on. I also like that you can swap out the massage head with different attachments (not included). The battery life tends to last a while, and it also charges pretty quick as well!

I don’t know how I lived without this device!

The heat element sets it apart from any other massage gun and the pressure settings are spot on! I appreciate the flexibility to adjust the pressure from lighter to a deeper massage. It also holds a charge pretty well since I haven’t had to charge it since I got it which is nice because I hate having to use something and it needing to be charged every time. This is a non-negotiable to keep in your night stand for anytime you need to alleviate any soreness! It’s low maintenance and the vibration is heaven after a long day.

My muscle relax saver
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little Theragun Mini Plus has honestly surprised me. I reach for it after workouts or on nights when my neck and shoulders are super tight, and a few minutes with the heat on makes everything feel looser and less sore.
What I like most is how small and easy it is to use – it fits in my hand, fits in my bag, and it’s not crazy loud, so I can use it while watching TV. The battery lasts long enough that I don’t have to charge it every time, and the different speeds give me a gentle massage or a really deep one depending on how tense I am.
If you want something that actually feels powerful but is still travel‑friendly, this is a great option and has become part of my nightly wind‑down routine.

Compact and effective!

Definitely worth the purchase

It is an amazing tool for sore muscles and has done wonders for the soreness in my legs. It is no bigger than my hand and is very powerful. It comes in a neoprene carry case and would easily fit into a suitcase, gym bag or purse.

Great little portable massage gun with heat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very old original Theragun that just didn’t see much use due to its bulky size and difficulty to store. This mini version is such a huge upgrade from that device when it comes to portability, and ease of use!
This has three different levels of heat and vibration power, which is plenty for me. I didn’t realize that these tools now come with heated massage attachments, and that is a game changer for me. The heat, paired along with the three different vibration powers is more than enough for this small device to help me recover from sore muscles. I can use it just about anywhere on my body, though even the lowest vibration setting is a little bit aggressive on the neck area.
I like that I can use this on its own or with a companion app. I also appreciate that the app is free and I don’t have to pay a subscription on top of it.
The only thing that is a little awkward is the size of the handle of this. It feels a little imbalanced to hold, but once you get the feel of it, it works well enough.

Compact, yet powerful!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device was just awesome! I work a pretty labor-intensive job, as does my husband, and this has helped significantly! We wake up sore and just use this even on the lowest settings all over, and within minutes feel better with significant relief. This was pretty self-explanatory and easy to use. There's just a couple buttons to push to toggle between settings. The heat is also really nice. It's a little heavy to hold but not too bad to where I wouldn't use it. All in all this has helped tremendously and I recommend to anybody who has any kind of sore muscles and what not!

Vibrating on a Higher Level
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opening the Theragun Mini Plus is like what opening a certain smartphone ~used~ to be like. That is, the whole experience feels very premium. Its packaging is sleek and thoughtful, with everything fitting perfectly into a compact carrier case. The box comes with instructions as well, along with reference cards for using the device on different areas of the body.
The device comes to life with the simple press of a button but can also be controlled via Bluetooth and a dedicated mobile app, complete with guided treatment routines. Its ergonomic form and soft-touch silicone finish feel super life in-hand. Between the devices two buttons, you are able to program three heat and speed settings. Even on the lowest setting, the combination of heat (warms very quickly and gets 30% warmer than the leading competitor) and percussive + vibrating action is very effective against everyday aches and pains and musculoskeletal injuries alike. Battery life is great and the charge is super fast. There is no charger included so be sure to have a UB-C cable on hand.
I recently slipped on my tile kitchen floor from standing height and landed on my back. Long story short, a dull and massaging ache has lingered for months. One use of the Theragun has already made so much difference; for instance, I'm not in near as much pain in my flank area when getting out of bed.
Also of note: the device is very quiet and particularly for punch it packs. I appreciate that the massage head can be swapped out easily for other attachments and that the technological element of incorporating the smartphone app seems thoughtful and intuitive re: personalized, science-backed care routines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in LOVE with the Therabody Theragun Mini Plus! This little device is incredible. I’ve never been a fan of the larger massage guns—they’re too intense for my sensitive body. I deal with chronic pain, and lately, with the weather changes, my RLS has been awful. I’ve been using this on my legs at night for the past week, and it’s been the only thing that truly helps.
Don’t let the size fool you—this compact massage gun packs a serious punch. I use the lowest setting which delivers great relief without being too painful. The added heat feature is amazing as it helps to relax and soothe sore muscles. I also love how portable it is, you can easily toss it in your bag for travel.
While it’s definitely an investment, it’s worth every penny. When you compare it to the cost of massages or physical therapy sessions, this tool quickly pays for itself. I’m already planning to grab a few attachments for it. The Theragun Mini Plus has officially become my new best friend!

It’s one of the most portable massage devices I’ve tried - small enough to slip into a gym bag or weekend carry-on without noticing the extra bulk. That compactness doesn’t feel cheap, either: the build quality is solid, with a firm grip and no creaks, and the attachments click in with reassuring precision.
Once turned on, it’s not whisper-quiet but pleasantly tame - the motor hum is audible but not harsh. It doesn’t dominate a room, and I haven’t felt embarrassed using it at home or in a semi-quiet shared space. I barely handle the slowest setting but my husband swears by it.
I like that I can control with my app and the small size I can keep in my gym bag instead taking a traditional version.

I’ve been having a really sore neck and omg, the heated attachment + the vibrations really eased the tension in my neck. My feet have been really sore due to standing long hours and omg this is so much better than my boyfriend rubbing my feet. Super quiet device but packs a very powerful vibration! Very easy to put it in its case and pick up , long battery life and so far my son has dropped it and it’s still like new !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so impressed with Theragun Mini Plus by Therabody. It’s mini but it’s definitely mighty! The power on this massager is truly impressive. I can choose between 3 power settings. It’s very strong and effective. I’ve been having a lot of back issues, my lower back aches daily and my upper back as well, my trapezius muscles always feel very tight. I love that I can use Theragun myself without anyone’s assistance. Just a few minutes and I can feel a huge difference. It’s better than getting a massage and it’s a lot more beneficial. I was worried that mini won’t be big enough but it’s actually perfect for me and it’s very comfortable to hold. It comes with a carrying case and easy to take for on-the-go. I used to have another massager but it doesn’t compare to Theragun even close. I also purchased additional attachments and I’m very happy with the performance. I believe the price is totally fair for such strong and high quality device. I’ve been using it daily and my back feels so much better. I love that it doesn’t require any additional batteries, you just plug it in and the charge lasts a really long time. My husband loves Theragun too. Definitely 5 star product. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking a good quality massager.

Easy to use, comfortable to hold, and adjustable intensity. Great for pain relief, loosening up muscle knots, and relieving tension. The heated percussion massage head starts warming up immediately and reaches maximum temperature in less than a minute, providing even heat. My other massage gun is big and heavy, which makes it hard to hold for long periods of time and even harder to get certain spots with, but this one is a great size and the triangle shape makes it easy to hold! I really like the heating feature, though I wish it’d get hotter. Because the massage motion is so fast, you don’t really feel the heat for long enough in my opinion, but still a wonderful feature. It comes with a zippered storage bag which is really cool. The battery has lasted really long so far. It’s definitely become my new go to massage gun for my sore muscles!

The best massager around
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is needed for any type of athlete,or any person that suffers from muscle pain. It’s so convenient and very durable. I’ve been using it for the last few weeks and it has reduced my muscle pain and aches that I have from my current work conditions . I love that it has a heated option that soothes the pain while using the massager as well. I do wish the design of the massager had some sort of grips on it to make a little bit easier to hold while it’s turned on so that it does not slip so easily out of your hand.The App technology that it has is also amazing . I’m able to use an app on my phone to show me videos recommendations of massage exercises. You can also order attachments as well within the app and other products. The battery life is also very long lasting and I’ve only had to recharge the battery once since I’ve had it. It is pretty somewhat expensive ,but the price is definitely worth it ! I would highly recommend this product .

Perfect for after workouts

The mini plus is perfect because it’s gentle enough to alleviate the stress from my muscles without causing more pain. The mini plus came in a compact box and it was easy to set up.
