Love this thing so much
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was SO EXCITED to receive a Theragun Prime to try. I sit a lot for work, carry my son around, and tend to just be a tense human being so I am often sore and tense. My chiropractor uses a massage gun on me and it always feels awesome, I just never invested in one for myself. I should have! This thing is AWESOME. The battery lasts forever, it is VERY solid so if I drop it as I am prone to doing with most objects I hold…it would be okay (like no joke…it’s tested to handle a 10 ft fall). It came with two attachments - a dampener and ball - the ball is good for all over where as the dampener helps with more sensitive areas. This massage gun packs a punch - my husband could barely handle the first setting on his shoulders if that gives you an idea. There are a total of 5 settings. It is very easy to hold and lets you reach quite a few areas on your body.
By far my favorite part of this massage gun is the app integration. It connects to the Therabody app on your phone via Bluetooth. Since I have no clue what I am doing, I have loved being able to select areas causing me issues and it giving me guided movements and areas to target with the massage gun. It even gives you real time feedback on the amount of pressure you are using and will set the speed for you based on the routine you select. My personal favorite tends to be the tech neck relief but my hips always need help too.
Overall, if you have been considering a massage gun for the first time or upgrading your current one, I truly couldn’t recommend this enough. I love it so much I am considering buying the little mini one they sell so I can never be without one on trips. Highly recommend!

Say goodbye to stubborn aches and pains

I absolutely love all the details and card that come along with this product to guide you through the steps how to use this in different areas. The older I get, the more I feel my body aching just from even regular daily tasks. The Theragun prime is a brilliant device that provides so much relief minus tons of effort...because, let's be honest, who really wants to go through any trouble when you're already in pain?? This is foolproof and so easy to use. I like that the intensity levels can be changed and adjusted. I tested this out for weeks to see how much relief I could get before I gave it a review. I can honestly say I am doing so much better now. Christmas time is coming and this is such a perfect unisex gift!

Theragun Prime feels like stepping into another un
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who trains regularly, mostly strength sessions at my local gym, and tries to keep at least some balance in my nutrition, this device has become a game changer for my routine.
Therabody Theragun Prime (6th Generation) feels like stepping into another universe. It is a perfect mix of powerful massage attachments and a very intuitive app packed with routines for every possible need.
Power
The power surprised me in the best way. It feels strong and intentional, not just vibrating for the sake of vibrating. After heavy leg day or upper body strength sessions, the percussive depth actually reaches the tight spots that normally stay sore for days.
Effectiveness
The combination of the massage gun and the app really sets it apart. The guided routines are incredible, especially the Goodbyе Neck Lines program and the sleep prep sessions. I can do a warm up routine before training and then run a recovery protocol afterward. My legs felt so refreshed that it almost felt like visiting a real massage therapist. The library was recently updated and I noticed a routine for sciatica relief that I plan to try next.
Durability
The build feels solid and reliable. The body does not creak, the materials feel sturdy, and the attachments stay secure even during long sessions. It gives the impression that it will last for a long time with normal use.
Battery
The battery life is very impressive. I can use it several days in a row without recharging and the power output stays stable. You do not get that annoying drop in intensity when the battery gets low.
Noise
The sound level is pleasantly low for a device this strong. It is not silent but it never becomes irritating or distracting. I can use it late in the evening without worrying about bothering anyone.
Value
Considering the power, the app, the build quality, and the overall experience, it feels worth the price. It delivers the kind of recovery results that normally require paid sessions with a therapist, which makes it a good long term investment.
Maintenance
It is surprisingly low maintenance. The attachments are easy to swap and clean. The device itself feels sturdy enough that you never worry about handling it too gently. The app keeps all routines and settings organized so you do not waste time figuring anything out.
Portability
Even though it looks chunky at first glance, it is actually lightweight. I can throw it into my gym bag without feeling like I am carrying extra heavy gear. It is convenient for travel and post workout recovery.
Ergonomics
The handle feels soft and secure and even a twelve minute routine does not make my arm tired. The controls are intuitive and the light indicators show exactly how much pressure you are applying and what speed you are on. Everything feels well designed and premium.
The unboxing experience also felt very premium. The sleek black box made it feel like opening a luxury gift.
I genuinely recommend the Therabody Theragun Prime (6th Generation). With the holidays coming up, it is the kind of present anyone would appreciate because taking care of your body never goes out of style.

Absolutely in love with my Theragun Prime!

I have a very active job and play golf all the time, so I often deal with cramps and post-workout pain in my legs, neck, and shoulders. The Theragun Prime is the only thing that truly works for my pain , it helped relieve my cramps tremendously.
It’s super powerful yet still gentle, and it really helps stimulate blood flow and deeply relax my muscles. Since I started using it, I barely ever get cramps anymore! It comes with two different attachment heads for various needs and has five intensity settings, so I can easily adjust it for different areas of my body.
I use it daily, and every time I do, I end up totally relaxed and sleep like a baby afterward. I’ve even noticed that my cellulite looks much less noticeable after regular use probably thanks to the improved circulation.
This massage gun is an absolute must-have!

It really helped with a sore back and neck from sitting at the computer all day, and I loved using it after sports for sore muscles. It has 5 different speed settings and a strong build. One thing I love and hate is the weight of the massage gun, as it has enough weight needed for your muscles, but it can also be tiring to hold for extended use. This massage gun is very effective and helps will the aches of pain I get from the gym and playing basketball. I loved how it’s very portable and I can take it on the go with me and I don’t have to worry often about charging the Theragun since the battery life is very long. For something like this you’d think it produces a lot of noise but this 6th generation of the Theragun is actually quiet. This massage gun has a high quality feel and is extremely powerful. You can tell it’s strong and durable and when using it I’m careful to not place the Theragun too close to the ache as it’s a powerful massage gun and only needs to lightly touch the area at need to make an impact. I appreciated the note cards that give directions on how to treat yourself and get the full benefits of the Theragun. I love this 6th generation of the Theragun and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality massage gun.

This device has made an absolute game-changer for my joints, very effective at relieving tension throughout my muscles.
Surprisingly the device is quiet, so no worries about disturbing others , also it’s great not to hear noise myself.
I love how easy the device is to use , the different speeds allow you to customize the intensity of what you need. This device would also be so easy and convenient to take wherever you need it.

Absolutely magical!

I love that it comes with an app that literally helps you with target goals and routines. The video I uploaded was at the lowest speed and even that feels amazing when it comes to my stuff shoulder muscles. It's super quiet, pretty lightweight, and easy to hold and maneuver. Well worth the price tag! I have chronic neck and back issues and this is extremely helpful in managing the pain!
