Great for pre and post workout
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love using the theragun after tough workouts. I’ve noticed a massive decrease in soreness when I use the massage gun post workout compared to when I don’t! It has multiple levels of strength and different tips to use so you can really customize the gun to your body. The app also has examples and routines to help different issues, I tried the one for run recovery and strength training and they’ve helped a lot!

Fantastic massage device
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is fantastic! Its percussion definitely doesn’t skimp. I previously had a knock off and while it was fine, this Theragun blows it out of the water! I had no idea what I was missing until I tried the real deal.
I work at a computer all day so I tend to get some tightness around my upper back and shoulders. The Theragun completely melts it away.
The best part the the triangular handle. Since there’s multiple ways to hold onto it, I never need to ask my husband for help reaching the awkward spots.

High tech massager

There was a QR code for you to scan to use the app and register the device. I thought the massager was quiet and the battery life was great. It last for a few sessions. Helps me get the knots in my shoulders!

Recovery Relief Staple
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely excited to get the theragun relief for free for testing purposes! I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and it has quickly become a staple in my recovery program. It’s super easy to hold and use on myself and I like that I have three speeds I can choose from. It’s not too loud either which is a plus. I mostly use it on my legs, lower back and shoulder area post workout. It’s nice it comes with the different attachments but I will say it can be a little hard to change them although that could just be user error. As for packaging my theragun came boxed super secure with some helpful tips. Also loved a QR code was included so I could quickly and easily download the app which has a lot of great and helpful videos. If you were on the fence about buying this product, you should definitely buy it because it is so worth it and helpful to every day life. I would 100% recommend this product.

Very nice massage gun

Feels very durable and the handle allows for an easy grip no matter the position. Definitely recommend.

Light, compact, and effective!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the very first time I ever used a Theragun and I was really surprised on how light it was! Super easy to use and maneuver. It holds a charge for a really long time but I have found that it works so well so quick, it doesn’t even matter. It’s really quiet, which was surprising as well. I love that it comes with cards to refer to on how to do some quick relief correctly. I would definitely recommend this, especially for someone wanting to use it on themselves.

In love with this gun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this massage gun. My old one died and this came at the perfect time. First, it has three attachments and three modes. That’s plenty for all my needs. I am so impressed with how lightweight and quiet this gun is. The ergonomic handle makes it easy to massage at different angles. This charges fast and the chair lasts a long time. I will say some guns are too powerful and hurt, this one doesn’t and is perfect and alleviates my muscle pain perfectly without leaving me sore. Love!

Amazing Relief for Sore Muscles!

It really helped with my sore back and neck from sitting at the computer all day, and my boyfriend loved using it after sports, he said it made a big difference for his sore muscles. We also appreciated the packaging and how nice the box was, plus the instructions were super easy to follow. The app is another great feature since it guides you through how to use it properly. The noise level is minimal for as much as this machine does, which makes it even better. Overall, we’re both really impressed and would definitely recommend it!

Light and compact for easy use!

This tool comes with three easy to change head types. It’s compact for travel - smaller and lighter than my original theragun which makes it perfect to use on yourself. Varying speeds allow for a change of pressure as well! Definitely recommend to any athletes!

Use it everyday and I gave another one as a gift!
There are a lot of massagers out there but I like this one the best. I also gave one to friend battling cancer and she likes it. The first setting is gentle and firm at the same time. If it's too much barely touch the skin with it until it feels good. If that spot is too tender go around the spot until the spot can tolerate it. I've tried that and it helps a lot.

Relief from Acute Pain or Stress Relief! You can use it by yourself
I was concerned I wouldn't be able to use it properly on myself. That is not the case. Whether you need temporary relief from acute pain, or simply stress relief, Therabody is a fantastic choice. It's also the choice of my Physical Therapy providers and my Personal Trainer friends.
