It’s so easy to use and the app walks you through different routines specific to your individual needs. It’s also simple enough to use without the app as well. I’ve been using at least twice a day and it’s added a lot of value for me! I’m so impressed by this powerful tool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned a few massage guns over the years, and honestly… the Theragun Sense 2nd Generation is on a completely different level — especially compared to the basic vibration guns and even the first-gen models.
I work a lot on the computer, so my neck, shoulders, and even my hands get tight. This is the first massage gun where I can actually feel the difference right away. What makes the Sense special is that it doesn’t just vibrate — it uses real percussive therapy that goes deeper into the muscles but still feels controlled and gentle when you need it.
The newer 2nd Gen version is definitely more advanced. The LED screen gives you live pressure feedback, so you always know if you're applying too much or too little. You get 3 pressure levels, 5 speeds, and built-in guided routines right on the device — no guessing where to massage or for how long. The first generation didn’t have this smart feedback, and regular massage guns definitely don’t.
I also love the ergonomics. Theragun’s triangle grip is patented for a reason — it’s SO much easier to reach hard spots without twisting your wrist. And the motor is whisper-quiet now, a big upgrade from older models and cheaper guns that get loud or stall under pressure. This one keeps its power consistently, even when you press harder.
The two attachments it comes with are perfect for everyday use — the Dampener for sensitive areas and the Standard Ball for bigger muscles. Honestly, I use the Dampener on my hands all the time after typing all day, and it feels amazing.
What surprised me the most is how sensitive and adaptive it is. When the weather changes, I often feel tension in my muscles, and this thing gives instant relief. And the battery life is great — around two hours, so it’s always ready when I need it.
If you want something smart, quiet, and scientifically validated, the 2nd Generation Sense really stands out. I’ve tried a lot of massage guns, but this one is by far the most personalized and effective one I’ve used.

Anything from a pre work out massage to a night time relaxation. It's a strong vibration that works deep tissue. Comes with two heads. Would definitely recommend.

Programmable with lots of features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed with this massage device. The design of the handle allows you to adjust your grip for a comfortable hand position. The pressure sensor allows you to monitor how deep you are massaging the area.
The pre programmed routines allow you to focus on the area that bother you. I personally love the back pain routine after a day in the office sitting behind a desk. It takes 3:30 and I feel much better after. I have tried all of the different features and this is for sure the best massage gun I have owned.

Great for athletes

It has helped with my soreness and recovery. I would highly recommend downloading the app that goes along with it. It walks you through routines which is great for those who are new to massage guns. It feels very sturdy and the battery life is good too.

You can reach almost any place on your body by yourself and that is huge! It’s quiet with a rechargeable battery! The two attachments it comes with are to me, cushion like, what a difference it makes on your body vs. a plastic hard piece! The speeds are great, control is amazing, and it comes with an app!!!! The app coaches you to take care of your body, shows you what attachments to use and where to use them. Plays music while it guides you through a timed massage session. There are so many videos to help you recover from any exercise you do! You have settings to pick your daily activities and what your goals are! It connects to Garmin, Apple health, and one other that I forget.
Overall this is an amazing product, I am truly obsessed with all that it comes with! It’s a must have, you won’t be disappointed!!!

What impressed me the most is the comfortable handle — it might seem like a small detail, but it really makes a huge difference. You can reach any area of your body, and at the same time, you don’t feel the vibration in your hand, which is amazing because the massager is quite powerful. It’s moderately heavy, so your hand gets a bit tired with longer use, but that’s a small price to pay for the effect you get.
It operates at all 300 and 100 levels, with tons of modes — from gentle to very intense. I personally prefer the lighter mode at 1,750 hits, while my husband likes the stronger ones at over 2,000 hits. Plus, there are different massage programs, so you can choose one depending on your needs.
I especially love the clear display: it shows which area to start with, how many minutes to massage, and the massager automatically turns off when the zone is done. Everything is so thoughtfully designed — it’s just amazing!
I have a painful back, and I can honestly say this thing really helps relax muscles and relieve pain. After using it, you feel lighter and refreshed.

Amazing, didn’t know I needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving the thermagun sense massage gun so far! It’s my first massage gun and I’ve always thought they were overhyped, but I was mistaken. I love the convenience of the usb charger on this, and the design that allows you to hold it at a bunch of angles. My most problematic area is my shoulders and upper back, so I wasn’t sure how useful this would be in that area if I’m using it alone, but the different handle sides and videos in the app showing how the model uses it were super helpful in reaching these areas. It feels great, I’ve mostly been using the dampener attachment but the regular one is nice on bigger muscles like quads and glutes. I appreciate that it can be used in quick start mode without my phone, or connected via the app for preset programs and guidance. It looks really sleek too, and is actually relatively small and portable. A charge is currently lasting a long time (more than a few sessions) so no complaints there either.

It's so easy to use, it works with an app or can be used by itself as well. In just one press of a button, it delivers the best pressure massage. You can also change the pressure settings easily. The battery life is long and you can easily charge with a USB C. Noise levels are normal, nothing too bothersome. The handles are easy to grip on and move around with. The design is really well thought of! It also definitely helps the muscle pain I get from a full days work, and is such a treat post workout. Would highly recommend this!!

It’s not super noisy so that’s a plus. Battery life is really good, as soon as it came out of the package I used it that day and the next on my significant other and myself and it still has battery. Super light and effective

The pressure is just perfect and it’s super lightweight. Easy to grab and there is no noise at all. Battery seems to last a lot I used it for a couple of minutes and my pain ease super fast. I do hiitt workouts so my muscle are always sore. Not anymore.

This one is pretty powerful and it definitely gets down to the deep tissue. Probably don't want to hit too much bone as it does hurt a tad because of the power level. I love the interchangeable heads. The larger one is a little less firm but hits more space. It feels amazing though! The charge must be good as I started with it fully charged and it still has full power after several uses.
As an added bonus, this comes with a super nice carrying bag! Makes it nice for travel too as you can just pop the entire bag in your gym bag or wherever!
Overall, this is definitely one of the better massage devices that I have used! Would definitely recommend!

It is also strong, which works very well for its purpose. I have a lot of pain in the back of my neck and lower back and this definitely helped. The noise level is average and water it. I didn’t find it to be overwhelming. Able to use this while watching TV and was not annoyed by the excess noise. I think the battery life also is quite great. I have used this a few times and I’m still well above 80% life.

Life changing relief!!

The various programs are effective and super easy to follow. I didn’t expect to use the breathing program, but tried it before bed, right after the full body massage program, and the combination is a great wind down before bed. Seems to help me get a bit more deep sleep. Liked it so much I bought one for someone else as a gift and they are also very pleased. It’s powerful but surprisingly quiet, and the battery lasts a long time. My back, shoulders, and legs have never felt better. Absolutely worth the investment for pain relief and recovery!

This Therabody massage gun has different level settings to truly trigger your sore spots. The arm grip allows the flexibility to hold and maneuvar it as needed.
