Our new Thermador Freedom Fridge
This is by far the most substantial fridge we ever had! The quality is apparent physically and visually. It's very high tech, everything is computerized...it even tells you when you haven't used your ice cubes in a while & to discard some and make fresh ones! It's a smart fridge for sure!!! lol The bottom draw freezer is a very good size with 2 square and deep compartments that can fit a lot. I absolutely LOVE the smaller draw!!! One side makes perfect size ice cubes, and the other side has the flexibility to be a fridge or freezer adjusting temperature to your needs. I kept ours a freezer right now. Love the idea that I can change that if I need! I put our ice creams and breakfast foods in that compartment. It makes it easier for my husband to find the 2 things he would go into the freezer for! So perfect!! The fridge compartment is really nice and fits a lot. the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the depth of the bottom shelf of the fridge is narrow and can only fit a pot approx. 9" diameter pot. The upper shelves can fit deeper pot but it would be too high and not convenient for me to reach. But....with that said, I did want a built-in counter depth fridge and I did know that it was shallower than a regular fridge. I like the shallower feature I just didn't realize that small dilemma. It's not a big deal for me since I do have another fridge downstairs that's deeper and would only run into that problem a couple of times in a year, I just thought it was worth mentioning. Overall, we are very happy and loving our Thermador Freedom 36" built-in fridge! Also, now all our appliances are Thermador. Stove, dishwasher, microwave draw and now fridge. Love them all!

Don’t buy!!!
This is the updated version apparently which is terrible. Ice tray issues and interior design sucks completely. Had the older model which I miss. It was perfect

Product Quality Control
Thermador sent me this refrigerator as a replacement for another model that lasted only six months.
This model lasted less than 48 hours before it started having issues. NO ONE at Thermador takes ownership of their problems. The buck gets constantly passed to different individuals. Their quality controls, based on my experiences, are questionable. Customer Service isn't much of a service. If you're buying a refrigerator, do your research!
