Quality Customer Service
I bought a new computer a few weeks ago and bought the Total Defense as well. I was having difficulty downloading it to my computer so called and got Aaron in customer service. He was not only professional but patient and very knowledgeable. He walked me through every step and I was able to register and enter the proper information for my rebate. Quality Customer Service is a rarity these days! Excellent service.

Excellent service!!
I've had Total Defense for over a year but today was the first time I needed to phone for help. I was lucky enough to have Aaron assist me.
Let me explain that my vision is challenged as well as my abilities with the computer. Aaron was very patient with me. The best part was that he new exactly what to do and I was all set within a few minutes.
I will highly recommend Total Defense.

Great help!
I had trouble loading the new Total Defense program I purchased Saturday even though I followed what it said. Carlos had me up and running in about 10 minutes. Guess it's easy when you deal with it all the time, but he SAVED MY SANITY!! LOL!

I installed an updated Windows into my computer. I called for help reinstalling Total Defense. I spoke with Aaron. He was pleasant, polite, professional & extremely knowledgeable on this matter. He patiently walked me through the process, which was quite lengthy. He was able to answer 2 other queries that I had about my Total Defense account.
Over the years, I've always had positive experiences with whoever I called to assist me. That's why I've been using Total Defense for many years.

The Internet Security program works great.
I have had Total Defense Ultimate Internet Security for about five years now and if I wasent completly satified with this product I wouldnt have renewed 5 times!
Called Customer Service last week in regard to a concern I had. I worked with Aaron and got the right guy. Polite, professional, totally familiar with the product. Almost like working with an old friend.

Best value ever
I’ve used Total Defense products in the past and they perform as advertised. Bought it in October when they offered a full rebate. Activated it online immediately to avail of the annual rebate and now I’m just waiting for the check in the mail. You can’t beat “free.”

Worth the investment
Easy to install. The website is really good navigation and finding product information. I was able to install the program on multiple computers, phones, and iPad without a problem. The customer service over the phone is also very helpful and very responsive.
