Traeger BBQ Pork Chops

Wood Fired Green Bean Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 THICK CUT PORK CHOPS
  • TRAEGER PORK AND POULTRY RUB
  • TRAEGER APRICOT BBQ SAUCE

PREPARATION:

  1. When ready to cook, set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
  2. Season the pork chops liberally with Traeger Pork & Poultry rub.
  3. Place chops directly on the grill grate and cook for 7-10 minutes on each side until grill marks develop and the internal temperature reaches 145øF when an instant read thermometer is inserted into the thickest part.
  4. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the chops with Traeger Apricot BBQ Sauce and cook until they come up to temperature and the sauce is set.
  5. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
