A great rub without garlic!
I have been using this rub for a very long time ever since I bought my first Traeger from the place they made them in Mt. Angel, Oregon. Adds great flavor and does not contain garlic which is huge for our family as one person is allergic to garlic- I know, bummer- but it is almost impossible to find a rug or sauce that does not contain garlic. Thank you Traeger for this and your Pork & Poultry rub that does not have garlic.

Beef Rub on a brisket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm from Texas and I smoke brisket. This time instead of a lot of meat preparation I just used the beef rub the night before, nothing else went on the meat. It was the best brisket I've ever cooked.

Beef Rub is the Bomb
My family and I love to mix the Beef Rub on one side of steak and flip and put the Prime Rib Rub. Oh My Goodness!!!! We have had friends and family state it make for the best flavor on steaks.

Please offer the previous Beef Rub recipe again
We Loved the previous Traeger Beef Rub recipe. Used it all and purchased a new container. What a disappointment after using it to take a bite and taste sweetness. Not what I was expecting at all. I’m not a fan of sugary sweet on steaks or prime rib. To each his own, just was a big fan of the previous Beef Rub recipe.

Not bad overall but lacking body.
Flavor disappears with cooking. Need to add a bit more to meat when cooking is complete. My kids do not like the scent of the rub. They call it armpit rub as it smells like the aforementioned armpit.

turns to goo very quickly!
It was great the first 2 times used. Then turn into the blob and is totaled. Needs some silicone oxide to help this problem. I initially gave it 5 stars but no more!!
