Outstanding Beef Rub
Great rub for beef. Not too much coffee or cocoa, but just enough to add some depth to a well-rounded profile of salt, cane sugar, paprika, garlic, and pepper. It's not going to knock you over the head with a coffee flavor, but this blend is outstanding on beef. I use it for my chuck roasts and steaks almost every time.

Best rub I ever used
This coffee rub is absolutely the best I have ever used. I put this on everything. This rub has great flavor and it takes my steak grilling game up notch. Everybody raves about how better tasting their food meats are when i use this. Do yourself a favor and grab a tub.

Top four of my 'go to's
Adds a rich taste to literally everything from ribs to burgers. Interestingly, this is my absolute favorite for chicken thighs.
This blend is (thankfully) light on the salt so it's nearly impossible to apply too much.
This was one of my top 3 blends until I got ahold of the Saskatchewan blend.

I don’t even drink coffee! This rub is subtle, smells like coffee but does not taste like what you would think! It really enhances the flavor of red meat! I use it in combination with Traeger Prime Rib Rub!

Coffee Rub and Sugar Lips Glaze Brisket
Best Brisket I ever cooked. My 5.5 lb Whole Brisket was Injected with Cajun Butter Rubbed with Traeger Coffee Rub and Sugar Lips Glaze. I covered the Brisket with Chopped Garlic and Sliced Onions. In a throwaway tin with two layers of tinfoil now bathed in Apple Juice I smoked it open for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Then I covered it tightly with double tin foil and smoked it for 3 hours at 250. I let it rest encased in towels for two hours and Bingo I give the credit to the Rub and the Glaze Best Ever! I'll kudo the Traeger Pecan wood I used the whole way!

Needs more Coffee!
This is a nice rub, but it really lacks the coffee aspect....too many other spices and not enough ground coffee. I have had other coffee rubs and was disappointed with this one.
