I must have this to make the Smokey Queso.
The original is great in Smokey queso!! (The recipe seems to have gone missing from the Traeger app). I tried using substitutions but the Queso never came out right. I also used it on my high back pork ribs and got rave reviews!!

Awesome Chicken and Pork Rub
I bought my Traeger grill and tried many of the runs Traeger offers. I love the rubs all of them but the chicken and pork rub I use all the time. It is amazing and always adds such great flavor. I love my Traeger grill, seasonings and chips!
