Great for prime rib!
Used this for our Christmas prime rib. Turned out AMAZING! I applied the rub and placed it in the refrigerator for 3 days. Took it out and let the roast come to room temperature before putting on the grill. Everyone raved about it. Will be our standard from now on.

Best steak Rub Hands down
This is by far the best red meat rub I've ever had! We use it on all of our steaks, Ribeyes, flank steak, filets, it doesn't matter it's delicious. I'll even use this on a steak that may not go in the smoker and just be done in a cast iron skillet and the oven.

The flavors are PERFECT for Prime Rib - nailed it!
The rosemary and other spices really come through. We actually used this on a steak and a Prime Rib. The crust it made on the Prime Rib came through in every bite and was excellent. This is one I highly recommend for precisely the cuts it was designed for
