Not to over powering.
Great flavor made me look like a master griller. But really im just a master beer drinker. I use on wild game and it let the flavor come through but wasn't gamey tasting.

Love it!
We have absolutely loved this rub! We put this on pretty much everything we smoke. Its great on Chicken, tri-tip, ribs, and anything else! Also gives chicken a really good coloring.

We bought our Traeger several years ago and received this Traeger Rub with our purchase. (I think it's this rub.) Have used it occasionally but today decided to do a test with our go to rubs (heavy salt, black pepper, and garlic powder), and Spice & Herbs by another company. We tried it on 3 pieces of Tri-tip steak (same package of meat) and grilled at the same time. The Traeger rub was a clear winner even if the other two tasted great. I forgot to take a pic of the finished product. Traeger rub is on the right. We will replenish this rub for sure.
