Woodridge
I started my Traeger experience with the Ironwood 650 and loved it for many years. I decided to upgrade for something bigger. I definitely made the right choice with Woodridge Elite. This past weekend I had 2 pork butts, a crab stuffed beef tenderloin and a tray of crab stuffed shrimp all going at one time. Loving it!!

Fantastic Grill

Woodridge Elite Checks All The Boxes
Very Easy to Build, Instructions were very Clear, Seems very solid after completion, Over All Very Happy with the Purchase. I Feel the Price Point is great value based on Traeger's other Line’s Of Smokers. The Woodridge Elite is Versaltile, with the Infrared Cook Top and the Cabinet give’s it more standard gas BBQ look while also providing Ample Store Space for Tools/Pellets/Cleaners etc. Can’t wait to Use it More. So Far I’m happy I waited for the Woodridge Elite to be released vs Just Buying Any Smoker. I feel it checked the most boxes for me, being a 1st Time Smoker Purchaser.

It's a Traeger! it's a dream come true!
It's a Traeger! You don't get much better than this. This has been on my wish list for many years and it is a dream come true. It did not disappoint.
The first thing you will notice is the quality of the parts. The steel is heavy duty which is noticed even more when this is all put together. It is heavy! The only thing I can say was overlooked is the size of the wheels. They lock, but the wheels are small for this size of grill and design. It is hard to lock and unlock them because of the bottom lip compared to the size of the wheels. Definitely not a deal-breaker. You get used to them.
Assembly was time-consuming, especially since I put in the wrong screws in the wrong places, so I had to backtrack a bit. My ignorance. The instructions are available through the Traeger app, but I found the instruction book to be better for viewing each step. The pictures were bigger and easier to see where each screw belonged. I was able to put this whole grill together by myself, except for one step. Hence the reason it took me so long to assemble.
Now, once this thing is put together it is beautiful and well worth the time, money, and effort. The Woodridge collection is new and appears to be on par with the Timberline with a few less aesthetics, but just as good.
The grates are porcelain coated and provide a good non-stick surface. The lid is heavy duty and extra insulated so that it keeps temps better during cold months. The side burner is a definite plus and looks sharp. I have never had a glass side burner on a grill and this one works amazing with precise temperature control.
I think my favorite feature might be the sensor in the pellet hopper that lets you know the amount of pellets you have left for your cook. I will note that the way the pellets fall into the auger falls from one side, you may have to go in the hopper and level them back out if you notice your pellets getting low. The app will tell you how you are doing on the pellets.
As for the app, it is amazing and works well. You can use the 1 temperature probe that comes with it and watch the meat temperature in the app. The app also tells you the temp and how you can adjust it as well as setting target temps for your meat. I do like that this Woodridge Elite is compatible with the new line of Meater Wireless probes.
Starting the cook is pretty simple. You have a digital control on the pellet hopper side and all you do is turn the knob to desire temp. Push in the knob and hit the fire button. I must say I had to hold down the fire button a couple seconds to get it to start. You can change temps in the middle of the cook which is nice. You can do that from the grill or in the app.
On the controls you will also find a setting for super-smoke which works when you are doing low and slow cooking. I used it on a smoked pork tenderloin and it turned out amazing.
This Woodridge Elite has all the bells and whistles. It even has storage space beneath. 2 side shelfs for extra space, although if you use your side burner that will leave you with one. This Traeger also has the PAL (Pop-And-Lock) System where you can buy accessories to Pop and Lock around the grill on three sides. You can purchase shelves, drink holders, sauce holders, hooks, and much more. Everything about this grill is well-thought out and a dream come true for any serious smoker/griller. The Woodridge Elite is good for grilling, smoking, roasting, cooking pizzas, and more. It is a one-stop shop for any serious backyard master or like me, wannabe master. I would highly recommend.

Wood fired deliciousness
Love the grill it's awesome, I think for the side burner it should have a hinged lid but there may be a reason that I'm not thinking of why it's a free floating lid. I also think I might be missing some insulation on the front of the main lid to make it a good seal. Other than that a great product works well and food has awesome flavor.

Best Grill Ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill is the best grill I have ever had. It is so easy to operate. It really is as easy as turning your oven on. I have made brisket, ribs, burgers, chicken, pork loin, Turkey, ham, vegetables, wings, deer jerky, and even frozen pizza. Everything has turned out great. It holds temperature well and is very easy to set it and forget it. The built in probe makes it easy for you to know when meat is done or if you do a timed cook the app lets you know when the time is up. The hopper is easy to fill with pellets and it lets you know when you need more. The side burner is a great addition. I can cook an entire meal on this grill. It is also easy to clean and service. I highly recommend this grill to friends and family or anyone who needs a good grill.

This has been our go-to grill for months now! It provides incredible wood-fired-flavor with an easy to use Wi-Fi app. Easy start and shutdown with a very large control screen. It also has no-hassle clean up with the grease and ash keg. Would highly recommend.

Many times I got lucky, many times I did not. This grill takes the guesswork out of cooking outdoors and gives you so much time back. The smoke boost works fantastically and depending upon the pellets used it can really add so much flavor and smell to the food. The neighbors are often commenting on the smell when I am cooking! Amazing grill... Holds temps and cooks amazing..
I received this grill a few months ago. It was packed up really well to protect the product and SUPER easy to assemble. The grill holds the desired temps and cooks amazingly. Really like the pellet dump to make changing pellets easily. The side burner is a GREAT option for sauces, veggies or whatever you need and its right next to the grill cooking area.. The smart WiFi controller and app gives you many options of controlling your grill. The app alerts are a great addition to cooking.
I own another pellet grill and this by far is superior, HIGHLY recommend this grill. You will NOT be disappointed.....

Best grill we've ever used
We love this grill. It holds consistent temperatures making cooking predictable and easy. It is extremely easy to clean making that task fast. It links flawlessly to the app allowing us to know what's going on while away from it. The options of pellet flavors make smoke flavoring items easy and allows us to explore different flavors that we may have missed otherwise. We have never been able to cook as well on a grill as we do now. We can't recommend it enough.

My wife says I'm SMOKING hot now!
I have taken on much more responsibility for making food around the house now that I've been using this pellet smoker and my wife cannot be happier. Everything has been so delicious. I've been smoking on a charcoal smoker for a decade and was skeptical to switch to pellets, but it has been revolutionary! No longer do I have to be constantly tending the charcoal to keep it at temp, losing sleep and smelling like a campfire. This grill is easy to use and works amazing. If you're on the fence, get off, get this grill and enjoy your life like me!
