Trash Compactor Installation Services

• Bring the trash compactor into your home and place it in the kitchen within its original packaging
• If purchased, we'll haul away your old trash compactor if it's already been disconnected

• Disconnect your old trash compactor
• Bring the new trash compactor into your home and place it in its proper spot
• Secure your new appliance to a solid countertop (We cannot secure to corian, stone, or tile)
• Plug in the unit to an existing code-compliant 115V outlet
• If purchased, we'll haul away your old trash compactor

Unfortunately we cannot do any of the following:

• Replace sub-standard electric
• Install new electrical wiring or outlets
• Direct-wired installations
• Cutting of cabinets or other carpentry
• Secure to a corian, stone, or tile countertop

If you're replacing an existing trash compactor, please note that we're not responsible for any aesthetic differences due to changes in trash compactor dimensions.

• An existing code-compliant 115V outlet
• Any surrounding cabinetry and countertop installed

• Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 must be present in your home to accept the delivery.
• Make sure there's a clear path between your front door and your kitchen.
• Clear the kitchen of any clutter, debris or dust, and secure any pets.

• Your trash compactor will be delivered curbside at your home with no installation or in-home placement.
• Kindly note that this is the only option for delivery addresses outside of the P.C. Richard & Son local area.
• Unfortunately haul-away is not an option for freight deliveries.

• Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 (19 in Nebraska or Alabama) must be present in your home to accept the delivery.
• It's a good idea to make sure at least one more person is around to help carry your trash compactor into your kitchen.
