Great headset for games or work!

My work from home job requires me to use a headset due to teams meetings and this has been a great quality headset to use and as a female I love the look of it instead of a plain black. Quality sounds is amazing! You cannot hear outside the headset and microphone works great too. Its very comfortable around my ears and top. Not too tight and can be adjusted. The cord is not plastic and love the feel of it. I am able to mute and adjust volume easily while on meetings. Since it uses a headphone jack instead of your typical usb, I will aslo be able to take it with me to use with my phone. I have not been able to test with gaming but assuming the quality will not change!

Nice headset

Super easy to use, the sound quality come through very nice and clear! Easy to use the volume and mic buttons on the headpiece, and it’s a very comfortable headset as well! Love the design of these, it looks good!

The sound quality is nice and they are comfortable for long wear, and I love the look of them! I typically use this headset when my wireless one dies, as this one is not wireless. You can use it with gaming consoles or a PC which is nice. Your volume and mic mute can be used from the ear piece of the headset. Overall, this is a nice mow to mid-grade headset.

Great sound quality

The sound quality is great and I enjoyed the volume control on the left which makes it easy to find and super convenient. The best feature for me is that there is a mute mic button on the left, this is a feature that other brands don’t have in my experience. I would definitely recommend these to all gamers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second headset from Turtle Beach, and I absolutely love it. The headset is very well made, feels very comfortable on, and has a great sound. The directions it comes with are straightforward, and it takes 2 minutes to set it up and connect to your device. It blocks outside noise probably about halfway, which is perfect for me. The sound quality is excellent and clear. The mic sounds good and clear as well. I love how adjustable the set is. The ears can be turned different ways, feel very soft and don’t get your ears. Overall, great design and sharp look.
One thing I am not a fan of is the plastic cover piece ( on the outer side of the headphones)that keeps on falling off. I am not sure what is the purpose of the cover is, but it doesn’t bother me too much.
Overall, excellent gaming headset, and I would recommend it.

Sound is crisp and cancels out noise!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a old turtle beach gamer headset there was about six years old and had a horrible connection it was breaking down on me. I recently upgraded to the turtle beach recon 500 and it is a major difference. The sound is crisp and loud and they are noise canceling so you have no disruptions while gaming. These headphones make it easy to identify where other players are. It has directional audio. The only con is, you can’t indicate when your mic is muted. There is no light indicator, screen pop up or audio indication.

Top notch quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm an adult gamer and I spend roughly 10 hours per weekend playing. I've gone through 3 headsets since December. Three. Including 2 Sony gold headsets and 1 PS5 headset. For whatever reason, they just stopped working. The Recon 500 holds up very well and the drivers sound fantastic for the price, and that’s specially surprising considering they’re built to a massive 60mm spec. A simple two-hinge system lets each headphone rotate to lay flat, and offers a decent range of tilt to accommodate different head shapes which is nice because my children can also use them. The sound quality is great and overall I'm very happy with this headset.

He has used other gaming headsets in the past by other brands, but always ended up going back to his earbuds instead. I think that he found those uncomfortable. However these are very comfortable he says, also they provide great audio quality which is helpful when he's playing games that require listening for hard to hear sound ques. He uses these while playing his ps4, and I think that he will continue to use them.

Good, but doesn't stand out
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these headphones to enjoy my gaming experience just a little bit more, but unfortunately, they were very underwhelming. First, they were big enough to fit my head comfortably, however, my husband (who is a BIG gamer) was not able to wear them at all because of the size/shape of his head. He has a wide dome head, and no hair, and was not able to wear this at all. The sound quality in the headphones was good, however nothing exceptional, nothing to make this stand out at all. It really didn't have any noise cancelling properties (that was not advertised with this, so I don't fault them for that, however, I could still hear my kids through the headphones even though they were being quiet) and I could hear everything outside them fine. The mic was actually detachable which was different, but it was cool. It worked fine as well, people were able to hear me clearly with not a ton of background noise. It uses a standard headphone plug in, so it can be used with a ton of different devices if it needed to.
These headphones weren't bad, by any means. They worked great and I had no issues with them. However, there's not really anything that makes this headset stand out or sets it apart from other generic headphones in my opinion.

Solid Headphones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a good pair of headphones for my PS4 for the longest time but could never really pull the trigger. I never liked using ear buds and I thought over ear headphones were too bulky and heavy. That is not the case here, bigger than earbuds yeah bud lightweight and comfortable no doubt. I don't feel any fatigue wearing these at all.
Materials feel good and they seem to be made well, plus the sound is great. Volume was really low even at full blast out of the box but once I fixed it in the system settings the super crisp sounds of the game play really came through. This pair is wired and I know that is a negative for some but the cord is soft, flexible, and lightweight and you hardly notice it so it isn't a drawback for me. I'm also a big fan of the button positioning and the detachable mic.

The cushions on the ears and the headpiece are soft enough that they won't hurt your head after an extended gaming session. The microphone completely detaches which is great for storage or if you're just watching videos where you don't need the microphone. The controls are also very easy to access. The mute button is large on the ear piece so it's very easy to turn on & off quickly & efficiently. My only complaint would be the sound quality. It's not the best for music, but it works great for voices which is perfect for gaming.

No Complaints!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this head set for my son to use with his Nintendo Switch, I like that it is compatible with all the major gaming systems. It is wired, so no need to charge it and I don't notice a major drain in controller batteries either as a result.
The padding on the ears is super comfy and doesn't cause any sweating. The head set fits comfortably on adults and children alike.
It has a bendable mic with a mute button and volume control on the same side.
Sound quality is really good and fully immersive.
It's easy to use and understand. Even my 7 year old can use this without any direction.
It's a great addition to our gear!
