Electrolux Ultimate500
I have the base Electrolux Ultimate500 and I love it! The suction is powerful, picking up everything. I would say it has heavy weight action but a lightweight feel. It is easy to maneuver. And going from my rug to the hardwood floor is with ease. To top it off.....it looks good! It's funny how a task like vacuuming can be more enjoyable when it looks so good!

I’m so impressed with this Vacuum!
I've been really happy with the Electrolux Ultimate500 Upright Vacuum. It has strong suction and does a great job pulling up dirt and dust that other vacuums seem to leave behind. It's lightweight, easy to push around, and works well on both carpet and hard floors. I also love not having to stop constantly to empty the dust bin, and the long cord makes cleaning larger spaces much easier. The included attachments are handy for corners, furniture, and other hard-to-reach spots. Overall, it feels well built, performs great, and offers a lot of value for the price. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable vacuum that gets the job done.

Great for allergies
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with the Electrolux Ultimate500 Upright Vacuum! From the first use, I could tell this vacuum has some serious suction power. It picked up dirt, dust, and debris that I didn’t even realize was still in my floors.
I really like how lightweight and easy it is to use, especially for cleaning larger areas. It works well on both hardwood floors and carpet, and the adjustable floor setting makes it easy to get the right amount of suction for different surfaces. The large dust cup is also a big plus because I can clean without constantly stopping to empty it.
The long cord gives me plenty of room to move around without having to keep unplugging and replugging the vacuum. I also like the attachments for getting into corners, along furniture, and other hard-to-reach areas.
Another feature I appreciate is the HEPA filtration system, especially because it helps capture fine dust and particles rather than simply putting them back into the air. Electrolux says the Ultimate500’s filtration captures up to 98.8% of dirt and dust as small as 0.5 microns. (Electrolux Group)
Overall, this vacuum feels well made, has excellent suction, is easy to operate, and does a great job getting the floors truly clean. If you’re looking for a powerful upright vacuum without spending a fortune, I would definitely recommend giving the Electrolux Ultimate500 a try.
Pros:
• Excellent suction power
• Lightweight and easy to handle
• Works on multiple floor types
• Long power cord
• Large dust cup
• HEPA filtration
• Useful attachments
• Great value for the price

We have a Golden Retrieve so always LOTS of hair. A mix of hardwoods, rugs, and carpet upstairs. The new vacuum did a great job! It lacks a couple features, but from my viewpoint those are things that then don't break (such as a retractable power cord). It's easy to get the canister out and dump the dirt/hair. So far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sister works for Electrolux and asked me to review this product. I was very satisfied with it. Set up was very simple. It was easy to maneuver around. I love the dial on the front that you can move to change the height so that you can quickly go from hardwood floors to a rug and then to carpet with a simple turn of the knob. It was easy to empty when the canister was full. I also liked the quick access to the filters so they can be changed without having to take the whole vacuum apart. Overall I recommend this product to anyone looking for a upright vacuum.

Great vacuum for dog hair!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have a dog that sheds as much as my black lab, you know how quickly pet hair takes over the house. I’ve been really happy with how this vacuum performs. The suction is strong, and the turbo pet attachment does a great job pulling hair off the couch, dog bed, and other surfaces where fur hides.
One of my favorite features is how lightweight it is. I can easily carry it upstairs, and it maneuvers around furniture well. The 29 foot cord is a huge plus because I can vacuum multiple rooms without constantly stopping to find another outlet. The large dustbin also holds a lot before it needs to be emptied.
Emptying the dustbin is surprisingly easy, too. I love that I don’t have to touch any of the dirt or pet hair when I empty it into the trash can.
The HEPA filter is another nice bonus, especially with all the dust and pet dander in my home. I have seasonal allergies and this seems to be making a slight difference.
The only thing I’d change is adding a retractable cord and a user manual that contains written instructions as well. It only has photos and although it was easy to out together, I don’t like the way the manual is formatted.
If you’re looking for an everyday, easy to use vacuum that can handle a house with shedding pets, I’d definitely recommend this vacuum.

Amazing for households with pets!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Between 2 cats and 2 dogs, we deal with a lot of pet hair. This vacuum has made it so easy to vacuum not only our floors but also our couch and the rug! The attachments are great and the giant canister allows for a complete vacuuming without having to stop and empty it halfway through!

Back to a Traditional Vacuum—and I’m Glad I Did
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of using a stick vacuum, I finally decided to switch back to a traditional upright because, with dogs in the house, I needed more cleaning power. I loved the convenience of a stick vacuum, but it just wasn’t keeping up with all the pet hair that worked its way into our rugs and carpet.
This vacuum has been a huge improvement. The suction is noticeably stronger, and it pulls up dirt and pet hair that I didn’t even realize was still there. The larger dust bin means I’m not stopping every few minutes to empty it, and I appreciate not having to worry about charging a battery before tackling the whole house.
If you have pets and have been wondering whether it’s worth going back to a full-size vacuum, I’d say absolutely. The extra power is worth it, and my floors look and feel much cleaner. It’s a great reminder that sometimes the traditional option is still the best one for the job.

I’ve been really happy with the Ultimate500. It works well and handles everyday cleaning without any trouble, with strong suction, easy maneuvering, and a canister that’s simple to empty. It’s held up nicely so far and does exactly what I need it to. I do think it would be more convenient if the cord had an auto retracting mechanism, but that’s only a small complaint. I received this product through the friends and family program.

Self propels and gets up the dog hair!
I love the Ultimate500 Pet Upright Vacuum. I have a bad back so ease of use is very important to me. This vacuum self propels and turns really easily. It is sturdy yet feels lightweight and guides itself. It did a great job removing the dog hair from my carpet and the sofa (with the pet tool accessory). Easy to put together. I di it in about 2 minutes.

Light and easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this vacuum as a lighter weight one for some
Rugs and hardwoods downstairs so we don’t have to lug or heavy one up and down the stairs anymore. I’m very pleased with the weight and ease of use. It does the job and i like how you can change floor thickness from hardwoods to high pile carpet. I do love the colors also! I’ve used it a few times and so far I have nothing but great things to say about it.

Powerful, Versatile, and Incredibly User-Friendly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't be happier with the Electrolux Ultimate500! Right out of the box, it was incredibly easy to assemble and lightweight to handle.
The performance is fantastic—it effortlessly extracted pet hair from my carpets that my previous vacuum left behind. It’s simple to operate, cleans thoroughly, and comes with a great selection of accessories that make reaching tight edges and corners a breeze. Overall, it’s a powerful, user-friendly vacuum, and I highly recommend it to pet owners.

It's pretty & works amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a Shark fan for years, especially with pets! However, I am honestly shocked and and surprised by the suction on this Electrolux vacuum! Um, it's crazy! The amount of dirt and hair that this vacuum sucked up after I just used my Shark is impressive. the vacuum itself is pretty lightweight, easy to use and was super easy to put together. It looks like I will be saying goodbye to my shark vacuum because I have a new fav vacuum! It's also super easy on the eyes & sleek, which I appreciate too!

I really like the adjustable base to account for rugs, carpet and hardwood floors. The extra long cord in combination with the lightweight makes this a perfect vacuum for stairs! The plastic housing initially made me think it was not going to be a very good vacuum, but it picks up the floors very well. This is going to be a great second vacuum for the second floor of my house. No more carrying one all over the different levels!

Great Vacuum
This absolutely met my expectations! I have a dog that sheds a lot and needed a vacuum as my regular cleaner. This gets up all the hair from the floor and from the couch as well. The only reason it does not receive five stars is that I wish it had a retractable cord.

Strong Suction
We have had our Ultimate Pet Vacuum for a few weeks now and we are thrilled with the results. The suction is strong, picking up small debris and lightweight dust particles. It also does an amazing job picking up hair. The beater bar is exceptionally strong and even loosened the fibers of a matted down portion of our builder-grade carpet. I vacuum once a week and I have never seen as much in the canister on my current vacuum as I did the Ultimate. That is a huge testament to its suction capabilities.
One piece of feedback would be to make the front portion a bit smaller; I found it hard to get the vacuum under the beds and dressers in my home. And then the pet attachment kept falling off, so finding a way to secure this on better in future iterations.
Overall we are very happy with this vacuum. As you can see it did a great job lifting up dust, dirt and debris from our second floor carpeted area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the chance to use this vacuum several times now and I do really love it. It picks up dirt, dust, dog hair, with ease. My complaint is it’s heavier than I expected so lugging it up and down the stairs can be challenging but not a deal breaker. I’d still recommend this vacuum to friends and family.

Great suction!
The suction on the vacuum is fantastic, it genuinely gets the job done very well. The only small gripe that I have with it is it’s a little hard to maneuver, if you’re young like me I don’t have an issue with it but I can imagine it be a little difficult for elderly people. For reference the room in the pictures attached is my hobby room and I normally vacuum/deepclean about once a week and it still picked up a tremendous amount of hair from me and my dachshund. Overall I enjoy the results I feel like my carpet looks clean and is actually clean beyond the surface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sweeper has good suction power easy to empty. The tray has a nice long cord. Definitely has good suction power due to I have two Australian Shepherd dogs and they have plenty of hair to be picked up. I do wish it had a retractable cord. Overall, a great sweeper I didn’t.

Lightweight Vacuum with Good Cleaning Power
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this vacuum, especially after hearing such great things about Electrolux vacuums. I was specifically looking for something lightweight to keep downstairs so I wouldn’t have to carry a heavier vacuum up and down the stairs.
The vacuum is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and has a sleek blue-gray color that I really like. Most importantly, it vacuums extremely well—I was genuinely surprised by how much it picked up on the first use, especially since our home had just been professionally cleaned!
My one concern is the dust/filter bin. It doesn’t seem to lock into place as securely as I would expect, and after only a few uses, it has come loose twice. The plastic construction also feels a little less substantial than I expected from Electrolux.
Overall, I really like the vacuum’s lightweight design and cleaning performance. I’d love to see the bin attachment redesigned for a more secure fit, and a retractable cord would be a great added feature.

New Vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned an Electrolux Vacuum for 30+ years and it was an extremely high quality, durable, well built product. I never had any issues maneuvering my previous vacuum, despite the heaviness of the machine. This new vacuum has an extremely high suction that sucks my rugs up and makes the machine difficult to even push. The parts of the vacuum feel inexpensive and light weight. It is easy to push and maneuver until you turn it on. This would be a better choice for hard surfaces without rugs or carpets despite the high suction.
