Viking 30" Thermal-Convection Electric Single Wall Oven - Stainless Steel
This electric thermal convection oven by Viking features 2 full extension TruGlide racks, a digital clock, a meat probe, and a self-cleaning function. Additional features include a 6-pass bake element for easy clean-up, a 10-pass broiler with a heat reflector, two halogen oven lights, a kitchen timer, and delay timed cooking features. The digital display indicator sounds to alert you when a pre-set cooking time is finished. When using the meat probe, the timer sounds and the oven will shut off when the desired internal cooking temperature is reached.
