I Have the DS4+ system will this work right out of the box once programmed or do I need a new antenna?

Why is Viper DS4+ Remote Start bundle DS4-9857V that ad states incl. two 2-way remotes, 1 mile range, only include one 2-way remote & one 1-way remote when I click into the actual item? I spoke to store, installer, corporate and got no satisfactory ans.

When I had mine installed the installer handed me the two way remote and said 'Be careful this costs about $160 to replace. If u get ur van serviced let the mechanic have the cheaper one way remote' so that is probably the reason - the two way is 'expensive' so u only get one. PS love it
