Excellent fan, powerful, low power usage!
This fan is an awesome investment that will pay for itself. I purchased two of these fans & tested the wattage draw on both. They did vary slightly with one drawing 32.5 watts max & the other 31.5 max but Vornado rates this fan at 38 watts, so for this wattage usage I am extremely happy. The 24v transformer does get pretty warm while operating I noticed but it hasn't been an issue, but a concern. We were using a L**co 16" 3 speed fan in the master bedroom, but it drew 73 watts on high, & didn't produce nearly the air flow. Now we can just run this fan leaving the ceiling fan off now, & don't need to run this fan wide open so that saves even more energy. The head size on this isn't really large so it's not obstructive like those 16" or 18" fans, & puts out a lot of air, but also more directional which is a good thing to have the air flow where you desire it. It has a max height of 38" which is not very tall really, but it's plenty high enough at max height to get over the bed without any issue. I do wish it would go higher & have the adjustability to angle it downward, but it will not go below the 90 degree perfectly level angle. Very stable 5 leg base & also very light, can pick up and move around very easily. power cable is pretty thin & can come unplugged from the fan if pulled very hard at all as it is just a push in power to the short section from the motor. It does have a fairly long cord though for ability to move/place it where needed. When you factor in the energy savings with the full 5 year warranty purchasing one of these Vornado fans is a "NO BRAINER!" Over the 5 years this fan will save me it's cost price & put even more money back in my pocket! The fully variable throttle is excellent also to set the air flow exactly to your liking, not being limited to a 3 position switch. Overall I am 100% satisfied with this fan, Especially for it's LOW operating cost! If your in the market for a great pedestal fan that your sure to love, this is it!

Great airflow and durable
I purchased a Vornado fan 10 years ago after feeling its airflow at a store. I use it all the time year round and it’s still working. I needed another fan and as expected I am not disappointed. Quite happy with the quality and purchase.

I’m a fan!
I am definitely a fan of this fan (air circulator technically). ;) I love it. It’s beautifully quiet and is so gentle and soothing. So happy I did the research and found this brand and spent a bit more money on such a nice product.

Love this fan!!
I love the control isn’t a -high-medium-low, it is one that you can control the speed by the dial. I love this! I can turn it to just have a little b’air movement or a lot of air movement. I can feel the moving air from my family room to kitchen like about 18 feet away at a low quiet speed! I may get another! Love it! I like both the white and black in the fans. Not all have the colors available but I may get another as I said because I love this one best yet! I own like six Vornado fans and heaters too! They stand behind their product too if you have a problem!!

A powerful little fan!
I am impressed with the different power settings. Check the dimensions because it’s smaller than I was expecting, which I ended up being happy with! It’s easy to move from room to room and is the perfect size for a bedroom or small living room.

Powerful
I recently purchased a second fan after owning the first for over a year. The 3 things I like most. It’s powerful and the speed is easily adjusted by the turn of the dial. It’s easy to clean with the removable shroud. Finally, the low amount of energy it uses. That was the main reason I initially bought it since I use a fan to sleep at night.

So nice!
I bought this a month ago for our bedroom. It cools the room down much faster than our previous box fan, and the room feels cool in all areas. There are no longer hot spots that the fan couldn't cover. I like that with the dial you can really customize the speed of the fan. It has a nice fan noise for those who like/need a white noise when sleeping. Overall, I am very pleased with this fan.

Best Pedestal Fan I've Ever Owned!
I really can't sing the praises of this fan enough! I love sleeping with a fan going, and I've been searching for a few years now to replace the clunky, loud fan I previously owned. I've bought a few models from other manufacturers and returned them because they were equally clunky and loud. This fan, however, is amazing. It is so quiet that I can barely hear it, and so powerful that it keeps the air cool all night long. It's shorter than I realized, but soon proved that good things come in small packages. I will never go back to another fan. This is simply the best!

A Great Air Circulator
I was really hesitant about this purchase as it is different from fans I have had. My son had a small version he’d had for years so he recommended it. Most reviews were really good. It takes a bit of getting used to but I have adjusted and really like it. I aim it high on a wall and the air bounces off. At night I aim it at the ceiling over my bed. I sleep good. This was definitely a good choice for me.

Couldn’t be better
Very quiet at medium speeds, sipping a mere 10 watts, pumping out lots of air. Pedestal is perfect height, very stable, unit is lightweight, easy to move. Wish I had this fan 30 years ago. Couldn’t ask for more.

This thing really blows!!!
I’m more than impressed how this fan really blows out air and circulates the cold air in my home! It’s made a huge difference circulating the cool air from my AC and kept my home nice and cool!..truly impressed and happy with my purchase! I would indeed recommend this fan to everyone! It’s the perfect size it may look small and it’s not to big but it definitely packs a punch for its size! Very happy with my purchase!

Bought this for hot Minnesota summers and it hasn't disappointed yet! It's quiet, even on the highest setting, and this fan cools a room faster than any other I've used before. It's lightweight, so can be moved around the house easily. I love it!
