Family favorite!
We have now purchased five of these heaters. We have given them to our children and use one ourselves. We bought these because they heat and provide a small fan for cooling. They are small and compact and work wonderfully well! Would highly recommend!

Quiet, good heat, and safe
I bought a number of these and am very pleased with how quiet they are, how well they heat up a space without blasting in just one place, and their safety - even if you try to move it while on, it'll stop!

Superb Whole Room Heater
We read the outstanding review on Wirecutter of the Vornado VH200 Whole Room Heater and bought one and it's even better than described. Beautifully designed, quiet, and immediate and generous heat output. So much better than the one we had. Beautifully designed. Super easy to order on their website and track via Fedex. Highly recommend without hesitation!

Best room heater
We already had one of these heaters, to warm up our north-facing kitchen. It really works well— the room warms up so quickly I like that it cuts off when tipped or picked up — great safety feature.

Quiet heater
I love how quiet this heater is and how it can be programmed to maintain a specific temperature. I don't use it to heat a whole room, but it is very good just heating around me and my desk in my home office. If you are new to Vornado, the tornado effect makes the heater more efficient the further away from you it is. I would be again.

Warm and toasty
We already had a VH200 for a few years and we loved it. We decided to purchase two more recently. With the three of them, we can heat our home over 2000+ square feet as good at using our 5 ton heat pump. Saving money and very happy.

Does what we need it to do
Bought two of these for cold rooms on our second floor. It is simple and straightforward and heats the entire room in a short time frame. Seems very safe with the design and cut-off features. We are very happy with this purchase.

Easy to use, heats room

Fine for a small room
The unit is smaller than what I expected. At 1500 watts it’s got the power of a hair dryer, but is quieter and distributes hot air more efficiently. It works fine for raising the temp in a cool bedroom or study, but it’s not effective at raising the temp in a larger or colder space.

Somewhat disappointed. I bought this to use in a 10' x 12' room that has no heat coming from the furnace. It nowhere near heats the room. If you're a few feet away it just feels like it's blowing cold air. In a room that has a heat duct it can help with the heat, but that wasn't my purpose for getting it.
