Griddle heats very quickly and evenly. Grease catch is a great design. Weber should include more than one disposable cup also a paper towel holder would be great, but not a deal breaker.

Weber 36 griddle as good as Blackstone!
Griddle grill was easy to put together with strong parts. After seasoning following their instructions the griddle works very well. The cooking surface heat is easily controlled and the surface temperature is very even across the plate.
Their tools for cooking are well made.

Don’t buy cheap, buy quality with Weber.
Great griddle. I have no regrets about paying more for the quality of a Weber griddle. I use it multiple times each week and the family loves the great food that can be made on it.

Great Griddle
This is a great griddle. After reading reviews and watching a lot of video comparisons, I went with the weber griddle based on the evenness of cooking, price, and the 5 year warranty. It was simple to put together even though it took about an hour. Everything fit together perfectly. I would follow the hint of having a second person to help. The 36" griddle is a bit more than I need for me and the wife and could probably get by with the smaller unit, but liked the btu's of this one over the smaller griddle.
Cooks very evenly and it will get hot. Make sure to get it good and seasoned, and you'll have not trouble at all.

Great griddle.
Love the sturdiness and design of Griddle. Dump bucket on front left side is so much better than having the dump on back side of griddle. Surface areas are easy to clean! So far so good.

An Excellent Choice
Did allot of research on griddles both cheap and not so cheap, I owned a Royal Gourmet 36” griddle that was ok but did not like the grease management at all. The Webber 36” griddle has far surpassed my expectations, I am a Weber fan they make the best charcoal grill available in my amiture opinion. There are some video’s and reviews talking about how the Webber griddle looks cheap, well after purchasing it, I don’t agree with that at all, it’s well made and looks great to me, it comes with shelves and tool hangers and most importantly on my list of accessories is the lid, And to top it off it cooks amazing. Very even heating across the flat top and you can actually create hot and warm zones, by adjusting the control knobs, I was not able to do that with my last griddle. I Love this griddle and it holds to The Weber name we all know and love, buy it today you won’t regret it.

Weber 36” griddle absolutely rocks. Easy to assemble - sturdy cart - easy to season. I bought this griddle over the “more popular” griddle out everywhere because of the stated quality of burners and even heat distribution. I love it so far. Great non stick ability after following seasoning guidelines. Easy to clean up. Have only had about a month but already have my eye on the new version “The Slate” that has no need for seasoning of the griddle surface

Wonderful cooking experience!
I am new to using a gas griddle. I have used grills and smokers for many years. After my last grill bit the dust, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to invest in. I started doing some research, looking at what I wanted to get out of an outdoor cooking experience, cooking surface area, flexibility, etc. Having several friends who use griddles, I talked with them about their thoughts - all of whom preferred using a griddle over their grills (primary for the flexibility and larger cooking surface). I thought I would take the “risk” and consider a griddle over a grill. Worst case scenario, I end up getting another grill also if I didn’t like the griddle. So, I started doing more research into brands, how to set-up/season, tips/tricks, all that fun stuff that goes into getting a new piece of kit. The 36” Weber griddle intrigued me - I liked that it had a built-in cover to help protect the actual griddle - not to mention Weber is a name known for quality. When it went on sale over the holidays, I talked it over with the boss, and she agreed we should go ahead and get it. I can’t really compare it to other griddles as I am so new to the whole thing, but I will say that it has been a great experience cooking with it. The seasoning process is easily explained on the Weber site. Accessories are readily available from many retailers. I also purchased a Weber soft cover for it, which was a good idea to protect it from the weather. Even on these cold days, I have been using it, making everything from burgers/dogs, steaks, fried rice/Hibatchi, breakfast, and much more. It is more involved than a regular grill, but I think it’s worth it. You don’t get the smokey flavor that you get with a grill, so I may still get another grill in the future (although I still use a smoker for a lot of that). I am very happy with this purchase and hope to use this for many, many years! Plus, I like owning a Weber!

As with all the Weber Grills I own and have purchased over the years, my new 36” griddle is quality that you would expect from a Weber. It’s a learning curve with a griddle but, the griddle top is very consistent with temperature and rarely do I use my conventional grill ( a Weber Genisis) right next to it.

Got this right before Christmas and have been very happy with it. I did mess up during assembly and put 1 locking caster in the back. You can just move it. Called customer service, told them what I had done, and they sent me replacement parts right away. That means as much to me as a quality product which this is.

Amazing griddle. This is our first outdoor griddle and has quickly become a go to for cooking. It’s super versatile, and not having to cook in the kitchen and make a mess is great! Clean up is a breeze. Was really impressed with the quality as well. Almost blindly bought a Blackstone due to their popularity, but after some research landed on this and couldn’t be happier with the decision. I knew the quality was there when I was putting it together and all the bolt holes lined up perfectly with now issues, the directions were clear and concise, and there was no missing hardware or pieces. Couldn’t recommend this griddle enough. Almost bought the 28” thinking this one would be too big, but that would have been a huge mistake. If you’re on the fence about which size to get, definitely get this one. You won’t regret it.

Nice griddle!
After seeing Weber now makes a griddle (and that it was on sale), I hopped off of the fence I'd been sitting on for a few years and bought the 36".
Due to this being my first griddle, I can't compare it to the competitors. I can say with certainty that I've enjoyed using it the half a dozen times or so I've cooked on it so far.
Full breakfast, gyros, reverse-seared rib steak (mesquite & low on the kettle to 115F first), kielbasa with peppers and onions, and grilled sandwiches. All tured out great, and no sticking issues after seasoning per the manual, with one extra application of avocado oil for good measure.
Assembly was straightforward. I'd emphasize assembling it on a level surface, as instructed. The griddle top didn't sit quite level, likely due to me overlooking this point. I opted to put a flat washer under the one corner that wasn't level, versus disassembly/reassembly.
I'm giving this 5 stars, because I'm overall very pleased with what I got for my money. There are a couple things I feel would make nice imporovements, though I'm not basing my rating on this.
Maneuvering the griddle around a couple obstacles in and out of my garage is a bit awkward with the 4 caster wheels, and pulling it by the underside of the shelves is also a bit awkward. Perhaps folding shelves, that expose a handle while in the folded position, would be a good remedy for this issue.
Having a person at each end while moving it makes this a non-issue, of course.
So, zero regrets. Would buy again.

Perfect Griddle, no regrets
This is a perfect griddle. I love the cook space and the ability to maintain temps that match the burner level. On this griddle low really is low (great for eggs), and medium really is medium. Other brands get too hot. This webber doesn't require a guessing game of when to turn burners on or off to get the desired temp. If I need low, I can set it at low and maintain a temp around 300 degrees. It is a perfect griddle, especially for a beginner like me.

Great griddle by Webber.
I recieved the Weber Griddle as an early Christmas present and haven't quit cooking on it since I got it. Heats quick, temp stays constant and family loves everything I have cooked on it so far. Fried rice, smashburgers. Breakfast several times and wife loves how quickly we can cook an entire breakfast in minutes vs in the kitchen. Glad I waited and didn't go with a Blackstone after talking about the differences with friends.

So glad I chose Weber 36"
After researching several brands I'm very happy I went with the Weber. Straightforward assembly, took about an hour. Seasoned 5 times with avocado oil and surface is perfect. Very even heat throughout all zones and very responsive temperature changes when you adjust the dials. I love it.

Fantastic Griddle!
This has by far been the best purchase of the year! After dealing with a dying grill and trying to troubleshoot it every which way, I just decided to buy this. Some friends already had one and they loved it. I enjoy flat top grilling on my Camp Chef when RV'ing and this is just a very large version of that! We have cooked steak, seafood, veggies, pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast and tuna melts on this. We use it at least 5 times a week for something. It's awesome.
