Great choice if you have a Weber grill and want to add a griddle rather than buying a Blackstone or equivalent. Fits great, but pay attention to instructions. You must season the griddle before use, which takes a few hours.

Great accessory for Genesis grill
This is a great edition to get a flat top option with an already quality grill. Just like any cast iron cookware, take time to season it as directed otherwise you will be out of luck. I used avocado oil for this as it can withstand higher temps. Since seasoning it, I’ve made bacon and French toast, as well as smash burgers. LOVE IT. Remember to only use a hard plastic scraper as needed for cleaning, but I recommend pouring a touch of water on griddle after use to free any sticky food. HOT water rinse and then dry and apply thin coat of oil after each use before storing. I will buy more optional grates to try.

Griddle Makes your grill very versatile
Perfect for cooking breakfast outside especially since my wife won’t let me cook bacon in the house. I usually always cook hamburgers on the grill but I tried them on the griddle last time put a nice sear on them then the cheese and covered them cooked in its own juices and it turned out wonderful

Very pleased
I’ve only used it a few times, but so far I am very impressed. Burgers and dogs were perfectly looked each time. Shrimp cooked perfectly when we tried that. And I’ve done veggies on there a couple of times and they’ve been perfect. The seasoning process did take a little time, but it seems to have been extremely worth it.
