Folding Front Table
This is undoubtedly a worthwhile accessory to consider if you frequently engage in substantial cooking endeavors. However, I believe it would be more appropriate to include it with the grill itself.

Nice addition!
The folding shelves that Weber offers for the Searwood grill are well designed, just as the grill itself is. They are sturdy, fairly easy to install, and the folding mechanism works well to raise when in use and lower when the grill is covered. I would have preferred if they were available with stainless steel, but the black paint blends in well with the grill. The additional work space the shelf provides is very useful!

This folding table is a great addition to my Searwood 600. I grill/smoke nearly every evening. As such, I use this table every time I grill. A must have for the Searwood!!

Right-size shelf

This is a very well made front shelf. An yeah, you could call it a table because it is nice and deep and long. It does not hamper the Weber grill cover either. No more looking at the pellet hopper as a food station

My Grill Is Complete
Now that I have both the front folding table and the side folding table, my grill is complete. These should be made a standard part when the grill is made so the customer can enjoy them right from the start.

Great Accessory
The new Searwood pellet grill is great. I have smoke cooked many things on it and you have to love the app that allows you to control the Searwood over a smart phone. The folding table is an. excellent addition to the Starwood, just the right size and folds out of the way for cleaning and covering the grill. Now I wish my Weber gas grill had the front folding table, but adding that would require a redesign.

Weber got it right this time!!
The versatility of the pellet grill sets it apart from any other grill. Very happy with this purchase. Only complaint I have is that for the price point I feel Weber should have included front self as part of unit.

Monster Shelf!
It was a nice surprise, this front shelf is substantially big and solid, really heavy duty. Very easy to fold up and down. I've ran the grill at high temperatures in 75 degree weather and the shelf hasn't gotten hot yet. With the shelf being so large, you have to lean down a little lower to scrape out the new grease and ash cleaning system (which is amazing). I pull the new drainage system out and balance it on a trash can and scrape the grease and ash out through the hole, it's really easy.

Nice build but…
Nice build, but left side upper bolt miss threaded due to the awkward access these bolts have. Now I have to find a through bold scenario to made this side rigid. Also the Weber handle mounted led lights do not mesh will with the design. Kinda sad.

Needed Work Space
Table is rugged and fits perfectly. The folding mechanism is a simple, effective construct, and it works perfectly. I cannot image any issues with this design. It is very easy to install, and takes little time or effort to do so. From a functional standpoint, folding the table up or down takes very little effort, but it does require two hands. With the lid open and up, there is a reasonable amount of surface area to place and prep your food. I have been able to fit most food items, pans, and containers easily. When the lid is closed however, the handle eats into the useable space on the table top. Since i really only use it with the hood up, this is not much of a issue to me. I use it for prep, and for checking the food. Suits its purpose nicely.

~200 Sq inches when Lid is Closed
When grill lid is closed 27% of table area is covered by the lid handle. Thus, when lid is closed there is approx 200 square inches of useable table surface. Easy assembly.
