Perfect for my needs
I’ve been a Weber kettle and Weber Smokey Mountain user for many years and continue to as well. I was an and continue to as well. I was originally looking at the two burner spirit as an alternative to lighting charcoal for quick cooks. I opted for the three burner after learning about the Weber crafted griddle insert because I was interested in griddle cooking also. This gave the the opportunity for more cooking options with the same use of space on my patio. I assembled the grill myself. It took some time. A couples of hours. It took a while to unpack it as it was very well packaged. I’ve had other Weber products that were similarly packaged. Be prepared to cut the box away. It would also help to have someone nearby to help as some parts are heavy or awkward. The packed box is very heavy. I cautiously followed the instructions and it went together fine. The grill performs well. Lighting the grill is easy as well. Heated to 400 in 6 minutes. Based on my experience with the various Weber kettle sizes and durability my expectations are that this grill perform well

Years ago I owned a wbber and then I moved and for some reason I didn’t get a Webber , . Well a huge mistake nothing cooks or last like a Webber grill . I’m so happy I went back to the best , i also purchased the full size griddle insert . The griddle insert is a game Changer it’s like having a Webber grill and a griddle all in one .i made plenty of food on the grill and griddle my family will enjoy this grill for probably the rest of my life I’m 62 and am positive this grill will last 25 years or more that’s how durable they are

Great grill and would recommend
Love this grill! Such an upgrade from our previous grill from a different manufacturer. Better temperature control, easier to clean, great build quality, and overall I would recommend this to anyone. Only draw back is the stainless steel shelves on either side have started to have small surface rust spots after a few drops of rain fell before the cover could be placed. This is even after regular cleaning and protectant being applied. Frustrating given the precautions taken and this still occurring after such a short period of time.

Grill needs remaining gas meter.
This grill is an excellent grill, but lacks a meter to measure remaining gas in tank. For the cost of this grill you would think that Weber would include a gas guage. Salesman we bought from did not mention this important fact to us.

An easy choice
My review is of a genesis 315 with the optional griddle as. I haven’t used the
grill option yet. There is a bit more care needed with the griddle than I anticipated but with the results will not disappoint!
The ability to order quality replacement parts for my previous 24 year old grill made Weber my choice for a replacement.

Weber Genesis review
This is our second Weber Genesis. The first one lasted between 20 and 25 years. And I could still buy parts for it. This is why I love these girls. They cost a little more but they last way, way longer than the less expensive grills that you can't buy parts for 5 years later. Also I was missing a couple parts when it was delivered by The Big Box store I bought it from. They had me call Weber and Weber took care of me quickly and without any hassle. This is a great Grill and this is a great company.
