I am in love with this grill!
A friend of mine has been recommending i get a Weber for years, mainly due to the searing capabilities. He was right, this thing cooks steaks like a champion.
The probes and app are outstanding. So far I've made steaks, chicken, burgers, and brats using that setup and they come out absolutely perfect.

Amazing grill
I'm writing this about 3 weeks after receiving the grill. I've cooked for a large group and several times for just my wife and me. So far, I've been impressed. The grill heats up quickly. The sear zone is large and gets plenty hot to put a nice crust on steaks and burgers. Zones away from the sear area can be held at lower temperatures to cook side dishes. The upper grill rack is great for toasting buns and tortillas -- buns take just a minute or two and toast evenly. The temperature read out and associated phone app work great for following temperature during heating and cooking. Igniters work very quickly to light the burners. I haven't encountered any flaws or downsides.

Wow, there is a reason why WEBER grills always come out on top in professional reviews. I'm a previous owner of a 6 burner SUMMIT natural gas grill and had to leave it when we moved south. I went through a couple other "highly rated" grills but missed my Weber so I sold it and bought this Genesis SPX-435 Smart Gas Grill (Liquid Propane). No turning back and no regrets. Excellent quality build and components. At 79, this will be my last grill!

You get what you pay for and this is a great grill
This is a fantastic grill! I have had Weber before and this one is fabulous. All the little extras are very useful and the propane tank scale is great, the only way to indicate how much propane you have left. I love being able to store accessories in an organized manner. Being able to switch between accessories to do so many things on my grill has been made so easy, it is amazing all the things that are available to fit my grill and customize it to my liking. The electronics makes it a precise way to see temp. When putting together it was easy and straight forward. This grill is heavy because it is heavy duty and designed to last, which is also indicated by the awesome warranty. You get what you pay for and it only cost a little more to go first class. SPX-435

This is the best grill of many in my long life.
This grill is the very best I’ve purchased ( including other webers) in my 76 years.
I’m not very mechanical and a little bit handicapped but with the instructions and the BILT app I put this together by myself in a long afternoon.
The grill is amazing. I love most everything about it the caster wheels that easily move it around, the cool lighting, the sear zone, the WiFi app, the side storage, the large prep sides, the one thing I do not like about it is the location of the tank. The tank goes on a hook underneath to the back and you have to reach around the open door. And for me it’s worse because I store my grills and smokers in my man cave so I have to disconnect after using and store my LP tanks outside then reconnect the next time I grill.
After assembling this wonderful grillit I washing the grates and cleaning it up and seasoned it by turning
It on and was amazed it got up to over 575 degrees. The next day I tested it by grilling a sirloin steak for my wife me. I had purchased the Weber grill grate separately which I also love. After I prepped the steak I turned the grill on high and in just a few minutes it was on 550 degrees I seared it and the WiFi probe I knew when to flip it and when it hit the degrees for medium rare. I took the steak off let it rest. The outside was crisp fat and when I cut it open it was so tender and flavorful. Yeah that makes up for the LP tank!

Such A Nice Grill!
I love this grill. Much thought has gone into making it a practical and versatile cooking device. I love that part or all of the grill grates can be changed out (I also bought the full size griddle-also love that! Told my wife we can get rid of the gas range inside; I’ll do all the cooking on this grill. Oh, and being able to look at my phone and know the temp inside the grill-Awesome!

Webber Quality Shines Through...AGAIN!
Counting the classic Weber Kettle charcoal grill, this is the fifth Weber grill we've purchased over the past forty-plus years. By far, this is the largest, most technically advanced Weber we've ever owned. However, the one constant over the years is the quality of the grill. That quality coupled with the technology built into the grill makes this more than a "grill." This is a GRILL! From the folding upper grate to the integration of a "sear zone" to back-lit control knobs and lights that turn on as the lid is raised to tend to the foo being prepared in or on the Weber Crafted baskets and cookware, Weber has, seemingly, thought of everything needed to make this THE grill of any outdoor cook's dreams.
We live in an area of the country that has its fair share of hurricanes and other storms that knock out power sometimes for over a week. I have every confidence this grill will make it easy for us to cook outside, if necessary, to keep down the heat in the house during those power outages. The quality of Weber shines through and the meals prepared in the weeks since the grill was delivered has been everything we've come to expect from Weber. Our first reaction to the storage compartment was amusement, but it is truly nice to have a set of pans, baskets and grill grates so easily accessed and close at hand.
We're pleased with our purchase and the quality associated with the Weber name we've come to expect is a big part of that satisfaction.

No regret purchase. Adapter needed for natural gas
What you would expect from the top-of-the-line grill. I got the natural gas version and some elements of this review are specific to this version.
I had the reseller put this thing together. $100 well-spent. Not because I couldn't do it but because I didn't have the 2 hours it took them with two people. It probably would take one person longer. Also, retail assembly will not connect the Weber gas line for liability purposes even if they assemble the grill.
The LED lights are a nice touch. The LED lights are AA battery operated. However, you will need AC power close to your grill for use of the temperature monitor.
Remember to remove the plastic protective film from everything prior to assembly and prior to firing it up. Otherwise, you risk baking it to outside of the grill. There is plastic film that ends up between pieces that you approximate together so you need to remove the film before assembly or you won't be able to get it all off afterwards.
My biggest complaint is the natural gas connection. Most new construction homes have a natural gas pipe that terminates in a natural gas 3/4" male end. Why then does Weber (and other manufacturers) continue to use a 1/2" female natural gas end? Most will absolutely need to buy an adapter (which is not mentioned anywhere by Weber). I recommend a single-piece, brass pipe fitting. Search for a "Reducing Hex Nipple, 3/4" Male Pipe x 1/2" Male Pipe." Anderson Metals makes exactly what you need in a one-piece brass fitting (56123-1208). I would recommend this over multiple reducers / adapters / or short lengths of pipe you will need to get at the big-box retailers. The more gas connections, the higher the chances of leaks (and remember to use a lot of dish-soapy water over all gas connections to check for leaks first). It took a while to find this adapter and it delayed my use of the grill by a few days because I didn't realize it was needed it until I went to connect the gas line. Weber: Here is an opportunity for improvement. At least mention this in your manual or better yet, offer this adapter on your website or a link to it or something.

Weber is a proven grill and very well made
My first Weber gas grill was 25 years old and we decided that we needed a bigger grill space to cook on due to our growing family. We purchased this SPX 435 grill to be used with natural gas. We are keeping our 1st weber as a back up for extra cooking space if needed...it still works just fine. Our new grill has plenty of space to cook for the entire family without have to load it more than once...The grill cooks very evenly and it can hold temperatures very well. We also bought the full griddle and it works great.
I researched about every grill available and always came back to the Weber...We use it quite often...Weber is a great brand

Great Technological Grill
Great grill if you love technology. With wifi, the grill connects to the Weber Grill app where you can track temperature in grill and in food with the grill probe. The app also has step by step recipes that you can follow. The setup takes a few hours if you're putting it together, but nothing too complicated, just a lot of pieces.

Great Grill Meets All the Needs Perfectly
I just love my new Weber grill! With the attachments it can do what takes several grills to do. The four burners and having natural gas makes it able to cook all I need for a family gathering. It was easy to assemble! As a replacement for my other Weber it has truly been a great addition for our grilling needs! I have the attachments and have cooked vegetables-perfect and looking forward to breakfast with the grandkids on the griddle!
