A fun kettle that’s the right size and price
Amazing kettle for the right price. It’s enjoyable to use, the perfect size for 4-6 people and good looking. This is my first charcoal grill and I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The whole process from start to finish is fun. If you enjoy the process of cooking, and bbq’ing to be specific, then you can’t go wrong with this grill. You can comfortably fit 6-8 1/3 lb burgers on this grill and is the right size for a family of up to 6 people. The shiny black ceramic coating looks beautiful as well. The only thing I could possibly knock from this grill review is the stand. It is slightly shorter than I’d prefer (I’m 6’4”) and while sturdy during a cook, feels cheap when rolling it. But that’s nitpicking and it shouldn’t sway your decision too much because it cooks food very well.

Just couldn’t change
This Weber grill was purchased to replace a Weber 18 inch grill I’ve had for over 20 years. My old grill was just wore out. I talked about replacing it with a fancy gas grill but in the end why change something that was perfect for all those years. This new grill has some updated changes but retained its great quality. Glad I stayed the course.

My Favorite For Over 60 Years
I worked part time in a garden center over 60 years ago and bought a Weber Kettle for my family at the garden store. I've been a fan ever since and grilled many great treats from Thanksgiving turkeys to burgers. The grilling process is easy and the results are tasty. The durability of the product is great and I think the quality makes the price a bargain!

Perfect for small families, and love how the concave design facilitates cooking with hardwood charcoal. I purchased this because my dad frequently cooked on a 22" grill (1970s-1980s) and I have fond memories of watching him cook and then learning how to cook on it myself after watching him for several years.

My “recent purchase” took place in 1974. I wrote to Weber seeking to find the skewer for the rotisserie which became lost in a move. Unfortunately, they were unable to help. But…the grill which has taken a few falls over the years still works well.

Nice little grill
Quality as always with Weber. I use this grill when I want that slow and low charcoal flavor. Well built product that is easy to assemble, easy to clean. I really like the lid hook (Weber should add that feature to the WSM). Overall I am happy with my purchased, looking forward to many years of service.

Great kettle for charcoal lovers
Assembly/instructions were much better than most. This grill and its cleaning system have performed exceptionally well. If you like charcoal this is great. Small enough to grill for two, large enough to prepare specialty or "smoked" dishes and large enough to grill for several. As with every Weber, I expect Weber customer to be exceptional.

Quality of the Weber Kettle
Simply the best made Kettle grill of all time! It is built like a tank! The grill operates flawlessly and cooks food to perfection! Only buy the original kettle from the company that invented them, Weber! I have tried others and they don't last.

Assembly Directions

Love my Weber
Perfect size for a single man. Great quality. I have a Smoky Joe , but I wanted something taller and about the same diameter. This is perfect for me. I am 71 and don't like to bend that much.
