A worthy replacement for my old "trusty-rusty"
I received this new kettle to replace one that I've had for ever. The old one was actually beginning to rust through. It was well loved and lasted well over a decade. The new one seems to get hotter faster and might even cook a bit better. Im very happy with my new kettle. I hope it lasts as long as the last one.

Original Kettle Premium Charcoal Grill 22"
This is my second Original Kettle Premium Charcoal Grill 22". I still have and use my first Original Kettle Premium Charcoal Grill 22". I clearly favor the Original Kettle Premium Charcoal Grill 22" when it comes to cooking in the back yard. Can not say enough in regards to charcoal cooking with these fantastic grills.

Best father and son activity going!
Get one! This thing has been the most fun for me and my son. We’ve cooked the best steaks, hamburgers and hotdogs, ribs, and even a pork butt. There are so many great YouTube videos about how to set it up for various cooking methods, it’s really been a great learning experience for my 14 year old son. The time it takes to get the charcoal ready, monitoring the temperature, playing with the vents to get it dialed in, all a lot of fun. Slow down and enjoy a classic, you won’t regret it. The flavor is awesome, the sear on the steaks is restaurant good, and how fun to smoke some ribs in an afternoon with your kids. Get your son out of the house and teach him the time honored traditions of grilling.

Returning to the best…
I have returned to Webber grilling. As a young married man I started with a Webber grill, just like my dad had taught me. Over the years I had several of the base model grills always pleased with it cooking. But as I got older I got tired of the “hassle” of starting the fire so went gas grill. After it finally rusted out I’m back to an upgraded Webber grill. At 72 years of age I expect it to be my last grill, finishing with the BEST!

I Love my Weber grill

Safe Gourmet Grilling
An outstanding grill! Some major improvements over the earlier Weber grill that I owned for over ten years!
Use anthracite lump charcoal, an electric element starter, mesquite wood chips (soaked in water then drained), and a drip pan centered on the lower grate.
Slow cook regulating airflow (aka ‘mass flow rate’ 🌟) through the grill, and adding mesquite when 70% cooked. Prepare for a delicious meal—beef, poultry, fish, and smoked vegetables.
Grilling Tip: remove the dome as INFREQUENTLY as possible. Gourmet grilling is an art that requires patience and love for your family and guests. We advise not rushing the creative process. Simplify, Simplify, Simplify.
No potentially dangerous gas tanks, no lugging empty gas cylinders, no traveling with full gas cylinders (probably without in-vehicle safety restraints) in your personal vehicle, no use of toxic liquid fire starting fluids.
When you are finished grilling, simply close the top and bottom air vents. Anthracite irregular-sized hard lump coal now starved of oxygen goes out reliably and safely.

Awesome grill
I love this grill! I managed for the first time to cook a thick cowboy steak! I neves managed this with other grills. I truly believe the performance of the Original Kettle Premium Charcoal Grill 22" is superior to all other grills I tried.

I have an out door kitchen with a built in bbq, I also have a huge barrel smoker but my Weber is my go to bbq. I love my Weber whether I’m using it make a huge meal or a small meal, I’ll even use it to smoke my meats and fish.

A superior charcoal grill
This Weber 22 inch grill is a huge upgrade from the 18 inch we have had for years. Better charcoal baskets, better ash pan, and can be used with a rotisserie. The grill baskets allow for efficient use of charcoal for slow cooking of large and small amounts of food, and great temperature control. Overall a superior grill.
