Digital Precision Temperature Control
While your food is cooking and you add more food to the grill, the digital precision temperature control measures the temperature inside the grill, automatically adjusting up to 600° F, as needed. This ensures a consistent temperature throughout the entire cook for perfectly grilled food.

Status Indicator Lights for Preheat
Once you've set the control know to Low, Medium, or High, two red lights pulse until the grill has reached the set temperature and the grates are preheated. At this time, a tone will sound and the lights will stop flashing, remaining a solid red.

Dual Zone Grilling
Simultaneously grill different foods in two temperature zones. Sear a steak over high heat on one side of the grill, while your veggies cook slowly over low heat on the other side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Grill!! I purchased this grill when it first came out a few years ago. We live in a condo and had to switch over to electric. I have only used gas and charcoal grills in the past and very was skeptical of an electric grill. I have used the grill now hundreds of times and this grill is amazing. It is hands down the best grill I have ever owned. Period... I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I love the probes and the included app for my phone.. I have never had a problem tripping breakers and it heats up very fast for me. The grill gets very hot (600 degrees) and I have never had a problem searing anything. One of the worries I had was cooking large roasts and the electric burner not being able to keep up with the heat demand. I have cooked several large roasts and have never had an issue with this. I was worried about not getting the smokey grilling flavors on an electric grill, but this also is not the case. The juices from the meat you are cooking fall onto the electric burner and turn to smoke. The flavors are amazing... Bottom line, this is the third Weber grill that I have owned (one gas, one charcoal, and now one electric). This is by far my favorite!!! The heat is so controllable that I never burn anything anymore. I cook about twice a week with the grill, everything from fish, to burgers, to steaks, to large roasts... Love this grill!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great electric grill - and great support from Webe Some issues at beginning, as the unit kept tripping my GFCI. But Weber support fixed it likety split - they sent me a new heater and controller, overnight, so I was able to diagnose it was the heater. Now I am up and running The unit easily get up to 555F on a windy day. Made a wonderful 3 pound prime rib last night - we are so pleased with this grill. Easy to clean too.

I am so glad I found this Weber! The Pulse 2000 is perfect for me. It is easy to move w/ the wheeled cart, easy to clean & food tastes great.

Did have some power issues at beginning with it triggering GFI but trick was to plug into a different circuit a few times and let the controller settle in. Now no issues on outdoor GFI.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top of the Line Electric Grill The Weber Pulse 2000 Electric Grill is a very well made product and is consistent with the quality I have come to expect from Weber. Very well designed and built and is head and shoulders above all other electric grills I considered. We are required to have an electric grill for our Florida condo, otherwise I would have gone with a Weber gas grill - I have a Genesis II at our home in the Midwest. And while the Pulse 2000 comes close, it isn't quite as good for grilling steaks and burgers as the Genesis II. But for an electric grill that is extremely well made and is easy to use, this is the best product on the market - in my opinion.

Some difficulty understanding use directions- a video would be helpful. Contacted support but questions were never answered. App needs work. Grill itself seems to work fine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This is NOT a real grill replacement!!! The fire protection rules of my building forced me to buy an electric grill. All doubts in this technology have been confirmed!!! It does not heat up as a charcoal or a gas grill and the result is at best ok but not great. The technology to make every receipt a success is not very reliable and as the lid has to be closed at all times (see above heating issue) it is difficult to measure the progress.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wanted to love it I wanted to love it, this is an expensive electric grill. The only grill I can have at our apartment. It does not hold heat. I can not make smash burgers, I can’t make much. It only works in the summer when it’s 90 degrees out. If you need to keep it open - not a chance. It’s been four months and I hate it. It gives me anxiety with how much money it is. Today we got an error 4 notice. I use this expensive grill to meal prep chicken once a week. Don’t waste your money. It won’t keep the heat and you can’t get the grill and flavors you want.
