Velcro straps
My grill is two years old ( absolutely love it !). The cover is in really great shape, still black and waterproof , except the velcro straps have turned white from the sun and no longer grip. I realize the sun is hard on fabric, shall I just know I must replace the velcro ?

Durable Protective Cover
This is a durable cover that keeps the grill clean and dry. Ours had survived direct exposure to sun, rain, heat cold, airborne junk, etc. for several years. We replaced it because the Velcro straps that keep the cover snug over the grill had begun to no longer hold. The fabric had also become a little brittle.

My new grill cover
Plain ole' wore out the first/original one; it was always ungainly and with time it became even stiffer and unmanageable. When it started tearing it had to go.
Like the new you sent very much. Seems to be a different and easier to work with material and, for me, the Velcro straps on either "end" make for a bit neater fit.

I was hesitant about buying this cover after reading some reviews of improper fit and the cover blowing off. It took me less than 2 minutes to completely install and fasten the cover and so far it has withstood 2 strong wind storms only shifting slightly to the left (see photo). The fit is perfect and holds well, if a 71 year old man can do it, so can you!

High quality
We bought a cheap grill cover and it was literally ripped apart during a winter storm. So we bought the this Weber one and it has withstood even worse weather and is completely unscathed. You get what you pay for & I’m very happy with this purchase!
